I really don't know what to think. He was seemingly very good, once upon a time, but was that due to the players being great, or is his lack of recent success due to the players not being good at all?

Also when you look at the drafts that the falcons had over the course of the last five years there's McKinley and a couple of second and third rounders in the secondary but most of the draft resources were spent on offense for example last year they drafted two offensive linemen.
