In some cases it does.

Where? and you post as much garbage responding to each one of their posts as they do when making them in the first place.

at double the garbage rate you would have to convert half of them and that isn't happening.

Very interesting hire.

Surprised Edwards didn’t get an interview. He could be leaving. He’s probably butt hurt level bravo. I would be.

DQ has HC experience. Plus his #LegionOfBoom DC exp.

near elite level. Let’s see if he’s allowed to clean house.
I think MM wants Witt to rejoin him, good thing is, he worked with Quinn last season with the Falcons.

The really pretty much stopped playing Nolan's D about halfway through the season. And they hadn't really changed any of the personnel to fot his 3-4 in the first place. So our roster still pretty much fits what Marinelli and Richard were doing. Not sure Quinn can make a better defense out of the same personnel but we shall see. There is likely to be a lot of turnover moving forward.

they must fix the run defense.

Stop. He ran that defense in Atlanta.Like Garrett ran the offense in Dallas. Just because he wasn't DC in name didn't change anything. Also, he had a stacked, young once in a lifetime talent pool in Seattle. Didn't have it in Atlanta and won't have it here.

It will be the same junk as Nolan. Another good ol boy retread hire and some fans actually like this move. lmao
He actually wasnt the guy MM really wanted. Theres a big difference between HC and DC as was the case with Garrett he was better at OC than HC. Plus that kind of goes hand in hand, great defenses had and have good to great players. I'm not going to complain about every little thing that goes on here I like to try and be glass half full

Sorry but I am never a glass half full guy as a Cowboys fan. Jerry has made me jaded and cynical and I will never ever trust any of his moves until one actualy comes into fruition. Jerry has made 2 good hires in his entire 3 decades here. Jimmy to start (and then fired him quickly because of his ego). Parcells in 2003. He resurrected the 5-11 junk we turned into and built something good. Until he could no longer stand Jerry and they parted ways. Plus, Jerry hired him to get his carnival stadium built. Since Parcells, he put a great DC in Wade behind the 8ball and hired the worst coach this franchise has ever seen in Garrett for a decade. ONE DECADE.

So sorry if I am not optimistic about Dallas' wheelings and dealings.

no one is being a “hater”. We’re just seeing right through this bull**** that Jerry constantly falls for. He appears to be easily conned. I wouldn’t be surprised if he fell for the old “Nigerian prince scam”.

Jerry would definitely for the banana in the tailpipe.

I'm really curious as to what Quinn thinks of the players he inherited since he had to game plan for then this year when he faced Dallas.

That is what is funny. Dallas defense gave up a ton of points. So he knows this roster on defense sucks. He then turns around and gives up a huge lead late. His defense sucks worse.

Quinn is responsible for turning the Falcons into a long running meme.

I think if they are going to run a cover 3 scheme, we are going to need a very rangy free safety. As for corner, look at the prototype that Seattle used; big, long, zone type corners.

who in the draft fits the bill? ( Farley )

Exactly. I can't believe Cowboys fans can sit through the last 2 plus decades and actually question why some fans don't buy into Jerry and his moves and why we aren't rays of sunshine. Jerry has ruined the once beloved franchise I grew up loving. Watching other teams is much more exciting these days. I actually am glad Dallas did not make the playoffs to sit through us getting reamed hard by the Bucs.

Watching teams like KC, Buffalo, Baltimore, Packers, Saints is fun football. Watching Dallas is, well, not. I watch because I am a die hard fan but as the years go by, I wonder why I allow myself to be agonized over and over. It's like constantly going back to your ex over and over and expecting it to change.

That’s a good point. Wonder who he keeps around or wants to pick up
