Didn't think it could get worse...but it did. Lowest I've ever felt about this franchise...43 year fan.

Talk about the worst possible situation to walk into! No offseason to implement anything. I mean no off season camps/training camp/preseason games or anything. Clearly it impacted the 2020 season more than expected. Then to lose so many players to injury. Add it up and the season was doomed. None of that was McCarthy's fault.

Sorry big god but how they handled the situation is his fault. They opted to not change the offense to keep it running smoothly but at the same time decided to completely upend the defense? Mike failed to hold his coaches accountable early on and it cost the team the division in an extremely weak conference. There are many other new HC's who handled this same situation much better.

2021 will be a make or break season for him. Last year he had the excuse of Covid with a limited off season, doesnt get the same luxury next year.

What's everyone's take on MM's first year? I'm not sold on him personally, he made some boneheaded decisions for someone that's been a HC as long as he has...IMO
I think he tried to be bold. Without having the talent behind the movement. I believe you personally lost three games for us. Didn’t want him in the first place but that’s beside the point

Even Covid doesn’t excuse his radical decisions

Impressed by pretty much nothing, witnessed a lot of big mistakes. Worried that Aaron Rodgers is right when he said McCarthy had a very low football IQ.

A lot of coaches have been able to turn it around in year two. Pretty much just hoping that's the case with McCarthy, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

As much as I hate giving anyone a pass I would give him one due to Covid and the ridiculous rash of injuries.
JHC he made some of the worst GD coaching decisions we saw the guy make more piss-poor decisions in o e season than the great ones made in an entire career. He sucks and there will be nothing good come of his hire.

Same thing I thought when he got the job. He was fortunate to have a HOF QB that made him look more competent than he was in GB.

Its hard to judge ANY new coaches in a year without having a chance to have training camp and a chance to truly evaluate the new team you're coaching.

Washout. NA for me. Was a little impressed the team fought back, but can’t really judge. Draft was an A.

I guess you don't know about 1989, or 2000, or 2001, or 2002, or 2004, or 2015.
Love it when people can't count.....Been a fan for 43 years. Trust me...I've lived through it all since Super Bowl XII.

Big Mike's team suffered multiple shots to the genitals and still went on a decent run towards the end. He gets a pass for 2020 but I imagine after Jason, the leash is short.

Good draft
Poor DC hire in Nolan
Good OL execution and getting players ready
Poor game-time decisions
Good Use of TE
Poor player accountability
Good at changes on the fly
Poor at turnover ratio

Overall, just too many injuries so I would say incomplete.
