It was a nice drive. Had it been Dak it would be pointed out the Giants had a losing record that year and had the worst passing defense in the league. Romo enjoys the QB privilege where we just appreciate the nice drive though.
And your agenda continues. You are as bad as the people you chastise.

You can't just enjoy it you have to go on a crusade. This is what you hate when other people do it. I truly believe you are better than this you just lost your mind a little bit.

So Andy never suffered from "bad opposing team" "privilege". Come on....you ARE better. I hope.

By the time Frederick and Martin showed up, he was broken down.

He only got the good versions of Gurode, Columbo, and Davis for about a year.

He never played with Larry Allen.

Those years between 2008-2013 were brutal on his body.

Gurode was on this team since 2002, playing the majority of snaps. He shifted to Center from RG in 2006. Gurode was known for a couple of snaps over the QB a couple times a season. He left in 2011. Leonard played six years before coming to the Cowboys and was considered a bust with the Cardinals. Marc Columbo couldn’t even crack the starting line-in Chicago regularly and he got traded in 2005. Kyle Kosier played four years before coming to the Cowboys at two different stops.

The only reason these guys sniffed the pro bowl is because Romo and the team started winning, with pro bowl votes coming from fans. It’s no surprise their “pro bowl” career pretty much correlated with Tony Romo becoming the starter.

All of these guys careers were basically done 2010 or 2011, where they went on to other teams and lasted a season of two, not even playing full seasons on their new teams.

In six games in 2006, Bledsoe got sacked 16 times before being benched for Romo, who in the remaining 10 games got sacked 21 times.

Comparing this to Frederick, Smith, Martin, Free and Leary, who all played together for three-four years minimum, minus Martin who played with these guys two years acting like it’s the same is the height of Dak-mania period. These weren’t just ‘pro bowl’ players, these were FIRST TEAM ALL PRO’S.

You’re too sensitive man. And I try to leave people alone until provoked. You do a lot of provoking to a lot of different posters. You aren’t quite as bad as Rockport is but you’re getting pretty darn close. I get you don’t like my opinions and frankly I don’t care but you are just a rotten human being who can’t take differences of opinions well. Didn’t we agree to leave one another alone after agreeing we just don’t see eye to eye?

Um...no....I don't confront anyone any more that YOU do..which you just did here. You were the FIRST one to assume it was some anti-dak thing. That is NOT "leaving people alone".

So you think you know me well enough to call me a "rotten human being"...yet.....coming at me like this? I;d say YOU don't take difference of opinion very well.

We might disagree on a lot of stuff but I wouldn't have the balls to judge you as a "rotten human being" ...that is pretty...well... rotten of ya....for not knowing me one wit.

Easy to look though your lens of judgment but not so easy to look in the mirror.

Not sure what kind of agreement we allegedly had. Like you...I call them like I see them. We have that in common. I saw you get all fussy and sensitive when you THOUGHT this was anti dak post. You couldn't just enjoy the flashback...could ya? Agenda.

Now I know why you're on ignore. Back in the basement with you. Someone shows any video of the past and people make up agendas that aren't there but yet expose their own - Dak lover and Romo hater. Gotcha!!! Whatever you say!!
Truth is neither Romo, or Dak so far, have won anything. Both of them have had a number 1 seed and both have never gotten a win in the divisional round.

Once Aikman lost the Playmaker, his days were numbered. They were never the same team again.

It wasn't just the playmaker, though. The team started crumbling because of free agency and poor draft picks. You have to put together a team to win and we no longer had one good enough.

Good stuff. I was at the Houston game sitting second row directly behind our bench 40’yard line and we started yelling to put Romo in. Parcells clearly took our advice because Bledsoe was sucking. Ok not sure about the last part, but the rest is true.
We REALLY wasted greatness having Romo and TO...they were almost unstoppable. I truly believe had Terry Glenn been healthy in ‘07, we beat the NYG in the playoffs and probably NE in the super bowl.

We might have won had TO been healthy. He was essentially a decoy after getting hurt before the playoffs. That gets lost in memories of that game. However, we had other letdowns in that game and more letdowns since then, and it's really rarely been the quarterback's fault, whether we're talking about Romo or Prescott. I've never understood why it is deemed necessary to blame the QB for losses unless everything else went perfectly except the QB's play. We've had the opposite where our QBs have played very well and we didn't win because of other players, and our fans still blame the QB.

Every time any member suggests our current quarterback has sustained greater unnecessary criticism than his predecessor, I think of negative replies to threads like these.
This thread was created specifically to criticize our current QB while praising the previous one. That's why.

Why not Harper? I'm allowed to be random, aren't I? Y'all are way too sensitive. Lol.

All right, you want to go with a No. 2 receiver who benefitted from playing second fiddle to one of the best Cowboys receivers of all time, that's your random choice.

Give me Romo to TO over anything the Cowboys have had since 2015. I will always appreciate what Romo brought to the football field, and what he never gets credit for is how he was able to gel with any WR you gave him. Laurent Robinson got paid and it was all because Romo.
But...but...but Romo didn't have any weapons!?!? Pfft!

Nah, he only had the 3rd best WR in NFL history to throw to.

How many playoff victories did it lead to?
Are you simple minded? How many times did Romo and the offense get a lead, only to sit back and watch the defense collapse at the end?
