My thoughts on our off season;
1) love the move of getting rid of Nolan and Tomsula, not something we would of done in past.
2) No comment on Quinn, I like it but lets give him a chance and see what he does.
3) Elliott and Jaylon are going no where
4) Woods, Lewis and Brown should not return. I know Brown just signed but he has shown nothing so far.
5) Sign Awuzie under a friendly contract only. For some continuity and his possible position flex (FS)
6) Aldon Smith will be back on a 2 to 3 yr deal with incentives that work well for team
7) If OL injuries aren't career ending to Collins and Smith, than both will be back and Im good with OL, we have good depth and position flex with available players.
8) Defense in draft 1st Rd unless Sewell falls to us. Can't pass up a guy who could be a possible cornerstone for 10 yrs and play LG until Smith retires.
9) Need to sign 2 top Veteran FA at DT and S. We will have the money if we kick the can a bit. Im talking a Dalvin Thomplinson type DT and a top S. Can't play games anymore need solid guys
10) Dak will get his contract the week of the Suoer Bowl. regardless of years or dollars. Some will be happy and some will not. Either way it will get done.

Just my thoughts but watching this team for 40 plus years and especially the past 26. This is my gut feeling.
Stay safe and well my friends. God Bless

Went into this saying I would disagree with at least half of them lol.

I agree with all. Nice job.

Awuzie is a lost cause.
I can't STAND Awuzie, but the OP says team friendly deal only.

I'd do that considering depth. Where are all these replacements coming from at once?

They almost have to bring back him or Lewis.

I'm not crazy about any CB on our roster but Diggs. Brown is maybe avg, Lewis hit or miss and after that head butt dumb as well. Awuzie another maybe avg. type guy but I like him better than the rest and I dont want to totally clean house in one season. As far as OL can never have enough and as bad as we were their, Steele will get stronger and better with more time and training, Knight the same so we do have some depth. Not sure if Erving was a one year deal or not but if hes back not a bad swing guy. Biadaz I feel is going to be a strong player for us going forward. and than we have the 2 Connors. Think we will be a better OL than what we were this year but not dominant as in years past. Thanks for the input
