Imagine the savings if we look a bit further down the list and target Mitch!

The way the league is now I totally get why the Cowboys put the exclusive tag on Dak last season. Two first round picks would be bargain for a top 10 NFL quarterback like Dak. To bad the haters could not get NFL GM jobs.:)

Can't help but wonder if the Patriots might be inclined to offer us a trade for Dak pretty soon . . .
Brady and Billiceck were the perfect union.
Talent and Mind combined.
Both were commanders of the game united.
That is a rare pairing of very unique talents and they proved to the entire world just how special that pairing was.
Thats what happens sometimes when two great talents somehow come together, it often equals success.

Dallas can't trade Dak until he signs something, be it a tag or a contract. Given the price of either you're not going to get a major haul in return.

I don't see anyone giving up a boatload of picks for the privilege of making Dak one of the richest men in the NFL. But if he's an outright free agent (he won't be) someone would sign him despite what a few folks here believe.

The reality is that outside of Dallas, he's not looked upon nearly as favorably.

The reality is you spew these opinions like they're facts without a shred of anything to back them up. Pardon me if I don't just take your word for it.

Several sports outlets see Dak quite favorably, as we've seen here this week. Elite level? No. But the notion that he's some scrub is held by about a dozen or so guys on this board.

I don't like paying him anything close to $40 million, mostly because of the idiots running the front office. They couldn't put together a team when he was cheap, they sure won't do it when he's expensive.

It doesn't matter if one thinks Prescott is worth two #1s or not.

The demand in the market will be what drives the price.

I believe more than one team would be willing to part with two number ones and sign Prescott to a deal of his liking.

The QB musical chairs will be the big story of the off season, and no team wants to be left without a spot.

Just imagine the depth of mediocrity we would sink to if he was our QB. The Romo lovers would probably be in favor of it because Trubisky’s face in a helmet looks like Romo. He can even Houdini spin away from defenders.

what team is paying 40 million for a gimp? just wondering, some team that doesn't have a defense or a team without an offensive line. This should be good, I hope some team offers to pick up the gimp.

The offer better be a good one and when I mean good I am talking Draft Day (movie) type offer and Mike Ditka NO Saints type offer combine.
