Cowboys fans from New York. Any sympathy to Jets?

Maybe I am feeling it wrong but looks like there is a lot of interest in the Jets in Cowboyszone. I wonder if Cowboys fans who are native New Yorkers are subconsciously supporting the Jets against the Giants. To me this is absolutely normal. I was wondering if I am feeling it wrong about the audience in CowboysZone.

There's only one team in NY and it's the Buffalo Bills. I've always thought of the Jets as a joke (not that the Cowboys are any different) and the Giants I've never had any real hatred to like I do with the Eagles. Giants for the most part have been a class organization and the Jets have been a laughing stock for years. Happy to see the Bills having their success. They have the best fans in the league, easily.

Also, go Yankees and Knicks my friend!

Go Yankees indeed. :) I totally agree that Jets are a bad organization. And I too am rooting for the Bills in the playoffs. Thanks for chiming in.

I'm a native New Yorker and do pull for the Jets. Always in the Giants' shadow and always finding a way to come up short (even in the draft next season). The experience is the same for the Mets who I also support, lol. So I do hope the Jets are finally able to get it together and win it for their longsuffering fans.

My 2nd team is Miami, so not really.Was amazing when they signed Adam Gase

Although I've met Joe Namath a few times and he's very nice so that's softened my dislike for the Jets over the years.

I'm ********(no surprise to anyone here) and didn't see the criteria for being in NY.

I'm not from New York, but I'd rather see the Jets do well than the Giants. They haven't had a whole lot to cheer for since their Super Bowl 3 victory so long ago. They have had some playoff games since then, including a trip to the AFC Championship, but there hasn't been a ton for Jets fans to cheer for. Their new uniforms suck.

I don't live in New York, but I always find it funny that both "New York" football teams play in New Jersey!! Perhaps they have a bigger following in that state!! :p
