Taking the situation as a whole, with Moore being three years removed from a back-up QB and Dallas giving him unprecedented coaching opportunities for someone of his experience--add the fact that he just turned down a collegiate level HC position and signed a contact with Dallas--I thought the prudent move would have been to respectfully decline the interview with a division rival who is unlikely to be seriously considering him as a NFL HC at this time.

But who knows, maybe he discussed with Jerry and got his blessing.
