LOL .....some were saying 10 is too high for Slater but I honestly think we'll see a few surprises of players rising and dropping by the time they're all evaluated by NFL experts/scouts/coaches/GMs

He lost me with Lance at 4 and Sewell at 10. I just finished reading his mock. No way Cincinnati would draft Slater over Sewell. No way the Eagles would draft Surtain over Sewell. No way Denver drafts Farley over Sewell. He really is trying to get attention.

I don't see that at all.....but what it would do is knock off all the tank talk. Most of it anyway.

End up with a guy at 10 that many wanted to lose games to get.

I don't get why Jeremiah always has to get so cute. Not that it's impossible, but Fields as the 4th QB off the board and Slater > Sewell just seems like giving himself the opportunity to say "I told you so." There's little justification to it.

This guy is doing this just to be different.

If you're Philly with that complete disaster of an OL how do you let him go?

I realize they have other problems but they start there.

Wentz isn't any good, but he also isn't as bad as he showed this season. He had zero time to throw at times.

He was the first to jump on the Slater band wagon. The issue is the guy is 6’3. I just heard him on Cowturd and his justification for drafting Lance over Fields makes no sense.

Carolina would be running to take fields and be a nfc contender by 2022.

To be honest, I've read/heard a few scouts actually like Slater better than Sewell. So expecting him to go before Sewell is not that much of a reach. But I will agree he's waaaay off on the Eagles pick IMO. No way in hell the Eagles ARE NOT taking either Smith or Chase, no way.

One other thing, keep an eye on the Lions. Hiring Campbell IMO is more about keeping Stafford and get him some weapons. Don't be surprised if they take Pitt.

I have Slater over Screech.

Kelly > Jessie BTW

In all seriousness, I wouldn't be mad if we drafted Barmore or Owusu-Koramoah in the 1st, then the top FS in the 2nd.

A couple of draft nicks have rated Slater slightly higher but they all say there is no way an NFL franchise would draft Slater over Sewell because of the latter’s traits. Then again Cleveland drafted Baker over Josh Allen so you never know. I will say this if trades happen I could see the players ending up on those teams. The Cowboys trading their whole draft to get to the second pick could work.

I mean it’s not that unreasonable. We have no idea if teams want to spend a high pick on a player that took a year off. It’s why Surtain may go ahead of Farley or why Parsons could slide into the late teens.

I have Slater over Sewell as well. Sewell isn't some can't miss prospect and is highly overrated. He wouldn't have been the first OT taken last year
