On the flip side, Jameis Winston - despite his 5,000+ yard and 33 TD season- his decision making on many of those 33 INTs was so bad, the offensive agressive HC Bruce Arians decided after his first season in Tampa Bay that Winston was not the answer ... and the Bucs FO agreed --five years was enough.
