People act like this is the Millen Lions that spend very high first rounders on WRs three years ago.

In fact, the only one of the three that costs much is Cooper. The others were a #17 and a 3rd rounder. Hard to complain about dumping too many resources into that.

But the OP's thinking is what leads to taking Chaisson over Lamb. Then, guess what, your defense isn't any better but your strength is worse.

And I'm one that loves defense and hates that this team has stunk on that side of the ball for over a decade now. But you can't force picks just to get a certain position.
And you also can't ignore certain positions.

Our problem is that we've ignored S and 1 tech DT so long that the need is now glaring, and so badly that we're simply not going anywhere until it's addressed. We could've filled these positions a long time ago in rounds 2-5, but we're just not smart enough to do so.

I personally think it’s really odd to have the strength of your team as wide receivers....doesn’t make a lot of since to me to have so much draft capital tied up there but it is....

I can’t recall any good playoffs teams that had the WRs as their best unit

It has never been a recipe for success.

That was in the playoffs. You can't be this obtuse!!!!

The Greatest offense on Turf couldn't win w/o a top 4 D. Did you get the point this time or must I rephrase again?
No, I understand you’re bordering on braindead. What got them to the playoffs, genius?

A Great wr core is a clutch Wr core . This wr core didn't smash any great teams and there were games they had chances to tie or win LATE IN THE 4TH and they couldn't get it done. JS

Its not a great scoring wr unit against above .500 teams. Even more reason why we need a Great dominant red zone te.

4 tds all year for the whole te core that virtually never comes off the field. Hello???

Next year will be the 8th year of nothing but all hype (from mr Aka Rogers) about the next man up te core that plays every snap but got "were not going to the playoffs" stamped on their forehead. Lol. Well?

The Dallas Cowboys use two tes more than anybody in the History of football that had 2 scrub tes.

Id trade this te core off for some big olineman and just make them eligible. They could get 4 TDs in blowout wins and losses against scrub teams.

Take out the scores against The giants and we have like 2 - 3 tds in 3years.

Is this the year we WAKE UP and TELL OURSELVES that this offensive te passing scheme is trash as long as we got no red zone scoring threats.

They can't come up short on every critical down and every red zone play and get a free pass to play every passing snap.
