So was Bruce Ariens correct when he said after the game today that the entire organization turned the corner because of one man? Let’s take Brady, the GOAT, out of it. How was TB able to acquire the players they got, and draft the starters they have picked over the past 3 years, and create a Super Bowl worthy team seemingly over night? I’ll get straight to my second question(s). Why were they able to get done so quickly what Jerry, SJ, and Willy haven’t been able to accomplish in 26 years?

Anybody that watched Tampa Bay the past few years could see all they were missing was a QB. Winston was killing them with turnovers. Why do you think Brady picked Tampa Bay? You think at 43 he was going to a team that needed to rebuild..... no.

yeah this is true. They were pretty solid team and when Winston would play well they blew teams away. The problem was he had too many 3-4x turnover games also.

Absolutely. He had tons of games with pick 6s. Brady had some this season and they lost those as well. The offense was legit and defense was on the verge of breakout

Brady is the GOAT at QB. No argument from me there. But honestly the Bucs won the game today mostly because of the job their defense did against a HOF QB who had been super hot the last half of the season. Brady got the Bucs over the hump this year for sure. But without that defense they don’t win in Lambeau today.

Post #2 pretty much says it all. Similar to when Manning went to Denver.

Hiring Bruce was huge. He changed the culture. The team had plenty of talent but seriously lacked at QB. The new culture attracked Brady. Brady attracted other players.

They have been picking high draft picks for quite awhile and now it finally came together when they added Tom. Same thing SF did the year before. Wash could be next if they find a QB.

Because TB has not insisted on signing the players that kept them at .500.
