Can't wait till he's gone and I don't care how. Just hope we don't have to wait until retirement unless it's really early

So he says the defense had "elite" and "dominant" players that simply didn't gel together early in the season......most of the guys played together previously so basically he is saying there were a bunch of "me first" players......which is funny coming from the biggest "me first" player on defense with all his BS drama he brought to the field.

His face looks a lot different than game day without his helmet

I'll translate all of this for you.

Jaylon said, "We like our guys. It's a process."

He was introduced on foxsports radio as "pro bowl linebacker of the Dallas Cowboys"...... I almost threw up in my mouth on the way home from work.

I will say that Smith and the LB line up played better the year before. Take that for what it's worth.

There are times when he's running and I swear he's legitimately disabled (meant with zero disrespect). Like he cannot sprint and he does not look right, and I wonder how the FO and coaches don't (won't) acknowledge it.

I was as big a Jaylon Smith fan in college as there was. I was a few feet away at the Fiesta Bowl when the injury happened. It was grotesque. No way he should be able to come back to what he showed a few years ago. But the last few years he has shown flashes of a guy who should not be playing football. Then a few plays later, he looks normal. It's really weird.

Jaylon is also Exhibit A of the entitlement Jerry allows. He was the player who responded to Garrett's texts that he doesn't have to listen to him, his recent comments if "the owner ain't trippin", as well as his lack of self-awareness about the decline in his play .."watch the film"

I'm not big on Dan Quinn but I do think he will challenge Jaylon and actually call him out for his poor play.
If he had the nerve to say that to Garrett, why wouldn't he do it to Quinn?

I didn't even know about that.

Jerry just allows it to continue. His ego probably eats it up.

Yet still scratches his head when the rest of the world claims there's a culture problem in Dallas.

He looked most comfortable at the end promoting his glasses. Dude really said they have several elite players on defense. Who the hell is feeding them this garbage?
Well, he thinks he's elite so ....his gauge is broken

Dak didn’t go 1-3, the team did.

it is a team game and that 6-10 record belongs to all of them for sure..

haters take sides point blame to particular player or unit and side with their heroes..

hate to break it to you but facts.

1.Dak and that offense was leading the league tied with philly for most offensive Turnovers which btw adds unnecessary possessions on shorter fields for the defense. This did not help, yes dak fumbled an threw ints..
2. The special teams also making mistakes that led to more short fields and points, possessions the defense had to won
3. the coaching high risk failed calls and decsions throughout the year
4. Yes the defense was bad but had help from 1-3 along with injuries' and no offseason and bunch of failed FAS who got axed mid season..

so the DC TEAM was compete failure from top to bottom in 2020 and that is the truth..pointing fingers to any one player or unit side of the ball etc is ridiculous..

Still say he's the Garrett of players. Looks the part, has the big smile, says all the right cliches to the media, but spare as can be.

Also like Garrett, knows he's untouchable because he's got a big contract and is on Jerry's good side.

Jaylon is the new JG in my book. Until he’s gone I will bash him every chance I get.

If he had the nerve to say that to Garrett, why wouldn't he do it to Quinn?
Because Garrett was al talk and no action.

I don't think Quinn would text Jaylon, he'd say it to his face, and if Jaylon was as disrespectful with his response, Quinn would try to choke him out Homer Simpson style.

Quinn is not the greatest in-game technician, but he's much more of hands-on (pun intended) coach.
