If Badass' health remains on par I believe there is many reason to believe he is the long term starter for this team at center.

He was probably the best rookie center this year coming off injury and his college credentials insist pedigree. Not to mention he comes from a college program known for their o-line development even more specifically at the center position.

Size, athletically and mentally Badass measures up in the pros. Now that he's healthy and has a full pro level offseason he should be an ascending player.

In the wake of Travis Frederick’s untimely retirement last spring, the Dallas Cowboys spent a 4th-round pick on Wisconsin’s Tyler Biadasz. Our Position Preview series continues with a look at center and whether or not Dallas has found their long-term answer in the middle of the offensive line.

Biadasz played but he didn't show that flash that I was hoping to see. The center position is heavily technique oriented so maybe we'll see big improvements over the next two seasons. Still can't figure out why McGovern didn't get put in at C. Maybe he's just not very good?

I think he’s good enough. I would love to see us take Creed Humphrey in the second round. Trade back a few times and add this guy to the OL.

I would feel a lot better if they brought in a starting caliber veteran to compete in case Biadasz doesn’t make the jump we’re all hoping for. Draft a tackle somewhere in the first three rounds and hopefully this offensive line is back to its old standard.

We've been spoiled when it comes to the Oline, but a lot of that is due to 1st round picks (I include La'el in that). I think we should hang tight with Tyler for now. Let's see how he does with a full off season & a chance to play with our real Oline.

Too early to tell, there’s nothing definitive enough for me to think he will or won’t be. Although I have been told that since we’re always so good at drafting and he started his rookie year that the answer is yes, he will definitively be a good to great long term starting center.

Time will tell. I did some of the nastiness you want in a center, but he needs to show more consistency.

Asking this question means someone wasn't paying attention in 2020. Hell yes, he is the long term answer at center. He's badasz.

Not to be nit picky but we got him in the 5th rd with a trade with the Eagles and yes I think he is the answer or at least I hope he is.

Love this kid.....Had a couple mental errors as a rookie.....but that can be expected. Guy is gonna be a stud. We need to draft a backup though...Joe Looney just stinks...suspectable to getting beat on twists...head is never on a swivel.

Half a season of starts is not enough to answer this question. He was not horrible which is encouraging but he was also not exactly dominant. Not that I expected him to be but our struggles running inside fall squarely at the feet of him, Williams, Looney and McGovern. After Zack went down/got moved outside it felt like our inside running attack dried up completely. I grade Biadasz as an incomplete to this point. But am anxious to see more.. Hopefully we get more of a true offseason training program to boost his strength and technique. Really that goes for all of them..
