I'll be cooking some marinated fajitas and some chicken breasts - half stuffed with broccoli and cheddar cheese; the others stuffed with cream cheese and spinach - all wrapped with turkey bacon. A couple of sausages ( mesquite smoked and jalapeño & cheddar cheese stuffed). BBQ some corn with husk. Making some potato salad. Cooking some Spanish rice. Making some beans a la charra. Warming up both some corn and flour tortillas. Washing it down with some lemon iced tea. Maybe make myself a mixed drink (some baccardi pineapple & coconut rum cocktails). Salud!

Nothing better than Old No. 7! Cheers and great menu. Going with some jumbo spicy honey bbq wings and some with old bay dry rub. Anything else is irrelevant. Gonna wash whatever down with Jack!

Homemade baked chicken enchiladas topped with Queso Blanco and Habanero Salsa verde. Garnished with shredded lettuce and crema on top. Homemade quacamole on the side along with barracho beans. Won't be able to taste it but it sure will look awesome.Oh yes...and RUM.

In that case it’s the usual 12 egg white omelette (nothing in it though) for lunch and another one for dinner. Apples, oats, and nuts for snacks with a protein bar for dessert.
