The Chiefs online got exposed. But it can be fixed. They don't need our oline. Besides I think theirs is a bit better than ours. I doubt they would trade Chris Jones.

I like our young center. If you want to dominate you need both lines. We can find a stud DT, that's all we need.

the same guy everyone on here wanted to cut outright and complained about incessently...just because he started every game doesn't make him good.

They lost both their starting tackles so this trade doesn't help them at all.

Threads like these make Jerry look like a great GM.

This is why all of us aren't GM in the NFL.

People keep thinking that we (or any other team) can have superstars in every position on the roster and thats just not the case in the salary cap era.

Every team has weakness, every single one!

Thats the job of the GM, to decide what kind of team he wants (defensive powerhouse, ball control, offensive juggernaut) and aquire the talent to fit your vision

Thats why i laugh at the people that want a top defense and Dak prescott as your QB at 35M a year..

You Cant have both.

You want a top defense? Go cheap at WR, RB and other positions on the roster.

People please use common sense.

As long as we have the top paid Oline in the game, two first round WRs, a top 5 paid RB and a top 5 paid QB you're going to have to go bargain bin shopping on defense and hope for the best.

We keep telling you, if a guy like Rodgers can't overcome bargain bin defenses and skill position players, what makes you think other less talented QBs can? (Matt Ryan, Goff, Wentz, Russell Wilson and others)

This is a team game and it takes a snart GM to build a team and spread the money around but even the best GM still has to go cheap at some positions there is no way around it.

Big bodied DT's are easy to find, Dallas hasn't been interested in having them. But why not keep all of our guys and just bring in JJ Watt?

This is just another case of a fan using fantasy football mentality on trading for the real NFL. You see fantasy football is fake football not real football. Next your hilarious trade might work if the only thing the defense needed to be a top 5-10 dominant defense was a DT but everyone I guess except you knows there are several holes in the defense that need to be addressed that trading away 3 players and a draft pick that doesn't cure all the needs on defense is just ridiculous.

I think this is a really dumb idea for a trade but Jones is only 26 years old, drafted in 2016. He's not an older DT.

People on this board claim Biadasz is the next Travis Fredrick who should be starting over Looney l, and C Williams was a top guard who was available all 16 games. If that’s not the case then we should select one of the top OTs in Sewell or Slater if they fall. The only other player worth getting is Fairley at 10 otherwise trade down.
