yeah I remember the "being held out of practice with undisclosed reason" thing that was at the start of training camp. That ended well. Also throw in the Tyron is going to be healthy this year I have heard for multiple years to watch him look like he is laboring on the field.

Was reading a story earlier poking fun at this. They hadn't heard any retirement rumors.

Hoping for the best, I know it's just a rumor but after you've lost a pro bowl center due to retirement, a pro bowl tackle go under the knife, a pro bowl guard miss a half dozen games, it doesn't take much to start an avalanche of negativity about the best remaining lineman contemplating retirement.

Fingers crossed and two fingers of bourbon neat :confused:

Of course he wouldn’t retire now. He just needs to make the roster for the opener and he’s guaranteed a bunch of money.

He can ride IR another year and retire. Until Dallas cuts him, there’s no reason for him to retire right now even if he can’t play another down.
