Snow snow beautiful snow!!!

Everyone be safe, warm and hibernate my Cowboy bros and sistas!! Oh....wait.....that's what lots of us were doing already. :D Carry on then!! :grin: Our high school stage band went to a contest in 1975 when the drinking age was 18 as it should be again - but it was in New Orleans. It SNOWED and SLEETED for like the 1st time evah!!! That was awesome as was Bourbon Street. Hope I got the year right.

*I've heard varying reports of anywhere from 55 to over 100 fatalities from that massive interstate multi vehicle pile-up,,, *I don't miss being on "the road" at all*

It really is an impressive storm.
Pulling up the national weather maps....its a bit jaw-dropping.

The rest of the world looks fairly normal, but Central Canada and the USA are far away from their norms...especially the US. In some cases 50 degrees or more.

Dallas DART Rail suspending all operations 9PM Feb. 14th, 2021

For the safety of both our passengers and employees during the severe weather situation across North Texas, DART will suspend all rail operations beginning at 9:00 p.m. on Sun, Feb 14, through 11:59 p.m. on Wed, Feb 17. DART bus routes will continue to operate on a Saturday schedule.

DART is implementing Operating Scenario 2 of their Severe Winter Weather Operating Plans. All DART rail operations will be suspended, and DART bus routes will operate on normal Saturday schedules with limited service added on local routes 63 and 362. Dallas Streetcar will not operate at this time, but there will be a shuttle bus available.
