The curse is Jerry and family running the football team. Bro, do business and let "Real Football Guys" handle their business and get out the way. Also, give Jimmy Johnson his full credit because he did in 5 years what Jerry hasn't come close to doing in 25.

The same stubbornness and egotistical attitude Jerry has with Dak and his agent, which has turned personal for Jerry, is the same that he portrays against Jimmy being in the ROH. This is his greatest weakness and i am sure he knows it. But that ego, it is real. Yes we all have an ego, but not the kind that just overshadows and rules over your common sense and logical thinking for the past 26 years.

Jerry could make a lot of money by putting Jimmy in ROH.
He could make it a big event at the stadium, sell tickets, have Jimmy give a speech ( at end he says what about them cowboys!) , and maybe have a flag football game with the jones
clan and friends against the Johnson clan and friends.
Stephens kid could play qb for jones team, and bradshaw could qb for Jimmys team lol. It would be fun to see that.

Have a good non millennial band play at half time. And it could be on TV, at least on local TV and Nfl network.

Thats what I would do, but that is just me lol.

And clearly you have no clue what went in Miami. Jimmy's forte' was defense and he drafted quite well in Miami finding gems like NFL HOFer Jason Taylor in round 3 and all pro CBs like Patrick Surtain and Sam Madison. He built Miami into the top ranked defense in the NFL. And he was doing it at a time when Dallas was finding nothing in the draft. The problem in Miami was a rapidly declining but entrenched Dan Marino, not Jimmy. The owner of the dolphins at the time would not let Jimmy cut or trade Marino. So he was stuck with a great defense and an offense controlled by the owners box. He still managed to get Miami into the playoffs but he needed a QB.

I said Jimmy belongs in the ROH. He was a tremendous college coach, and for a time an elite NFL coach. I have nothing but respect for the man and believe he deserves all the accolades and respect he gets.

Respect but you disparaged the guy for absolutely no reason. He's a HOF coach. So that make him more than "for a time an elite coach". A HOF jacket makes him one of the best coaches in NFL in history.

Parcells might have been a better coach but, Jimmy new his s***. Hell, Barry Switzer won with what Jimmy left!

That was some serious greedy Jerry Jones Days. He thought he had it figured out. Guess what, where did 25 years go?

500 other coaches could have succeeded with the Cowboys. Jerty's on his 8th coach. So he has 492 coaches left to go.
