Conflicting reports about whether Amber Heard will keep Aquaman role

I kept finding stories claiming that Amber Heard had been replaced by Emilia Clarke in Aquaman. This was crushing news to me, as the most important thing in my life right now is Amber Heard's career. I fell face first on my bed and sobbed uncontrollably for three hours straight. I know that Amber is such a wonderful human being and great actress, and losing this role would be such an injustice. However, now I keep finding stories that say that the previous ones were bogus and that Heard will not only remain in her role, but will get a raise. Ooooohhhh, that's such a relief. I was so worried about her. What would I have done if I couldn't see Amber in that role again? Her acting in that role is the only thing that gives my life meaning right now. Oooooohhhhhh, it would have been so sad to see her lose that role. I don't get the anger toward her. She's certainly never, ever done anything wrong that would get anyone upset. I'm just barely getting over my sobbing session from when I thought she lost the role. My knees are all weak and I can barely walk. Why did they have to scare me like that? My entire life is about living vicariously over the lives of Hollywood stars. How could they terrify me like that? When I thought Heard was going to lose her role, I was completely overwhelmed, blubbering, sobbing, and sewercical. But now that I know she'll be back in the role, everything is okay. Plus, she's getting a raise. I won't get to spend any of that money, of course, unless I become some kind of stalker/embezzler, but vicarious experience of some Hollywood star's money is way more important than any money that I make.

I just needed to report this. I know you guys will be relieved.

On a slightly related acting note, Heard disappointed me a great deal with her portrayal of Nadine Cross in the remake of The Stand. Laura San Giacomo made me sympathetic to the character in the original mini-series.

I genuinely liked Giacomo's Nadine despite her character's misled wickedness. Heard's Nadine? Heck. I was enthusiastic by the time her character's belly-flop dive from the hotel penthouse into the waterless cement pond below. Just empty acting effort on Heard's part.

Is that series over?
I tried a couple of the episodes but just could not get into it.
Loved the original stand when it came out but has not aged well IMO.

Yeah. It finally ended. Mercifully. I got away from it after the first two episodes but decided to finish it during the Ice Apocalypse.

The original may not have aged well but it is still a heck of a lot better than the remake. Alexander Skarsgård did a really nice job as Randall Flagg throughout in my opinion. And Brad William Henke eventually grew on me as Tom Cullen.

Everyone else was pretty much meh or worse in my eyes. A young actress played Mother Abigail in a brief cameo at the end that I really liked though.

Horrible casting throughout! Skarsgård was about the only one I thought was decent. Trashcan was terrible. Lloyd was beyond terrible. Why make Ralph a woman? Was there some point to it that I missed? Whoopie doesn't fit Mother Abigail in the least. It was just about as bad as you can get. I will still watch the original if I see it on. I like it a lot.

A female Ralph did not turn me off as much as the limited dialogue and screen time they gave her. The character was feisty. I liked her.

I never thought I would ever say Rob Lowe would play the best Nick Andros. His ending in the remake was very meh. And no appearance afterwards? Pathetic.
