Cool, so they both have trade value. Work those phones, Jerry. Get what you can now.

Sell high, buy low.

Sure would be nice to see some video evidence. The camera doesn’t lie.

I hope they're both back and healthy, but the Cowboys should be drafting at least one OG and OT in every draft. This year is no different. If an OT is the top-rated player on your board @10, pull the trigger.

I guess this provides a tiny bit of information but as others have posted it is not clear if this is good news or not. Working out is not the same as playing football where the body will twist and turn suddenly and with violence. I don't think we are going to know much until we see them playing football.

Wont happen. This is where one of JJ's biggest weaknesses as a GM is, his blind loyalty to players. Drafting Slater in JJ's mind would be slight to Smith, even though it's clear that Smith's body is prematurely breaking down.

reread what you quoted

Didnt you also say Jaylon would NEVER play another down? Or was that someone else? If it was my apologies.

Nope, thought if he was healthy coming out he'd be a top five pick in the draft but listening to Jerry tell everyone prior to the draft that Romo's window is closing because of his age, Dallas needed players to help win NOW...my thought was, Well, why select a player that wouldn't help you for at least two years because of the severity of the injury... Proven once again, Jerry says one thing and then does another.... rudderless ship captain Jerry Jones..
