Since I don't know enough to be a GM, I would immediately surround myself w/ good football minds such as yours.

Believe it or not, I'm not JUST a trenches guy. It's just that if you are weak in the trenches, your likelihood of winning a super bowl is almost nil. Worst I've seen is Rothy winning a super bowl vs the Cards w/ a terrible OL. I found a new respect for him that day. However, their strength on D carried the day.
