Oh excuse me sir! I didn't ignore your last post or claim Dak doesn't make bad throws. ALL QB1s make bad throws at times but the difference, Andy ISN'T a QB1, 9 seasons (Bengals and 6 starts in Dallas prove Andy Dalton sucks and is a cookie cutter average leader....

This, I agree with. Protecting is silly.

People trying to take numbers that were put up on the three very worst pass defenses and project them over 16 games are being very disingenuous.
I mean, at least we DID put up great numbers on them...so kudos there.
But early in the season those pass defenses in Atlanta, Seattle, and Cleveland were literally the 3 worst in the league.

For example....Cam Newton--who was truly awful last year and lucky to throw for 200 yards in a game--threw for 400 yards vs Seattle.

How was those stats transferring to wins. They wasn’t. If you look at the last few seasons, wins have declined as Dak’s stats has risen. Those stats are meaningless if they are not part of winning games.

If Dak hasn't won anything, then please tell me what Andy Dalton has won. Or what Deshaun Watson has won to earn that contarct he signed. This is a team sport.

How quickly we forget Dallas scored two offensive touchdowns over the first four games Dak missed in 2020. If the Cowboys pay Prescott, the anti-Dak crowd will be bouncing off the walls.

But if the Cowboys don't pay Dak, another team will. The market drives a players' worth; especially at quarterback.

Dak also plays OL, RB, TE, WR, DL, LB, CB, S, & special teams. Just as Aikman did winning SB's with stacked teams.

I thought it was a TEAM game.....so how could Dak be responsible for all those wins yet get no blame for all the losses....genius????
