So? Russell is the only reason Seattle is even good.

why don’t you look up their draft history the last 8-9 years while you’re at it. Maybe that could provide as much insight into their issues as Russell’s contract figures.
Yeah. They have drafted what. 1 starter worth anything in the last decade? Its the contract though. Thats why they havent been doing well. LOL.

Seattle would be made fools publicly if they let Russell Wilson go somewhere else. He's the face of their brand. They'll go big in the off season, and draft to assure he gets protection, and this will all be an afterthought.

I think this is Russ just letting them know he's serious about getting sick of the work being primarily on his shoulders.

So drafting is difficult?

I mean all we need to do is build a defense right?

So we just keep drafting guys like Taco, Hill, Jaylon, Chidobe, ect... I mean.. Then maybe we'll find a guy like Byron and instead of practicing what we preach we will just let him walk away and sign some more WR's.

We're just going to have football utopia here in Dallas..

Yep. Nailed it.

I'm a sign Dak advocate, BUT I do also realize that they will need to draft extremely well (not just the tell themselves they did style) to have a chance.

The good news is that there are very few teams that have a good QB that aren't paying him large money.

Still though, the draft is key regardless, and Seattle hasn't been all that good at it.

Russell probably thinks they can't put the pieces around him so he wants out.. Just like Watson. What other reasonable answer is there?

Where do you even come up with that response to what I posted, I just simply put his contract on the table, I said nothing else

I stopped bothering. The guy doesn't even admit he's wrong when he is. I pointed to Byron Jones being racked the worst starter in the league at his position last year, and he said "well that's someone's opinion" Then proceeded to leave out all the stats showing the exact same thing. Same guy also thought Beathard and Kaaya would be better than Mahomes and Watson!. So Take his "player evaluation" with a grain of salt.

lol yeah because I don't believe Byron Jones is one of the worst starting corners in the league.

If you do because some guys number told you to think that then by all means go ahead.

BTW, saying Beathards and Kaayas college game translates better to the Pro's doesn't mean they are better but i've tried to explain to you the difference between college and pro style offenses and there is just no getting through to you.

QB's that played under center who made NFL read progressions used to be what almost strictly all the time worked in the NFL until about 2016 when spread offenses starting taking over.

Talk about depth! Russ coming off the bench when Dak gets hurt would give us great peace of mind.

Well if you want people to understand your argument. Maybe you should provide more context next time, rather than just posting contract figures and then wondering why I respond to it a certain way.

you posted Russell’s contract. You didn’t post any proof that his contract is why Seattle would want to trade him.

if you post his contract figures. I assume you’re arguing his contract is a detriment to the team and that’s why they want to trade him. So I argued it isn’t a detriment to the team. Or a detriment enough to make them want to trade him.

if you mean something else. Then let me
Know. I’ll change my response.

Keep backtracking. That isnt what you said. You went as far as to say oh well I meant he needed a coach to help him bla bla bla. You cant admit you're wrong. Its not a good quality in a person. I dont think Byron Jones is either. But last season. He was. Statistically. And it isnt someone telling me. Its the STATISTICS that tell me that. You just cannot accept being wrong. Its weird.

How long would it be before he demands a trade from the Cowboys? At least the Seahawks are competitors. With the Cowboys he would be getting hit a lot on a perennial 8-8 team. This all sounds like BS to me.

We already found someone better than Byron. Last year. IN the second round. McCarthy is drafting for talent not for need. Which Rod refused to do. I will be forever happy if I never hear "quick twitch" athlete again. LOL.

I dont know, maybe teams like the Bucs, Rams, Seahawks, Eagles, can explain those numbers better
