Wilson was a third round pick who had just as many doubters as Dak until he won a SB.....at what?

Plus having a better o-line than what he has ever had could be attractive to him.Only thing I could think of is that it's a good career move and the offensive unit in place should allow him to put up MVP numbers.
Winning a Superbowl does tend to quiet the doubters. Maybe Dak should try it out.
we simply need a better defense not TB defense, our offense is already at their level or better if you get rogers or wilson..Can you get their version of the TB defense?
i didn't say any other scenriosWould take more than 10 because Seattle would have to eat a LOT of dead money in any trade and the Cowboys get him for basically 3 years 60 million which is basically nothing. Probably talking multiple 1s.
I’ll say this..
If you’re going to pay a ton for a QB I’d rather it be this then Dak.
But...
This is a lateral move for Wilson..
He would be leaving Seattle to basically come play in Southern Seattle. We are similar to what he has played under and had no post season success since signing his deal.
Also.. Dallas has a long way to go before competing for a championship and as good as Wilson is I don’t think he puts us in that conversation even though he’s much better than Dak.
Dallas wouldn't be paying a ton for a QB if they traded us Wilson. He would be a 19 million dollar cap hit for the next two years. And an undetermined amount of low cap hit for a 3rd year. At worse, 22 million. But this has less chance of happening than Jerry hiring a GM.
That wagon is already rolling and leaving tracks for others to follow.Great click bait fantasy but Jerry will sign Dak. Also if the Hawks are looking at losing Wilson they will need picks to draft a QB not another $40m contract. Mind you I feel sorry for anyone behind that OL. The Adam's deal really screwed them and covid killed it.
If Wilson leaves Seattle it will be because the team has decided to move on from a big ( and getting bigger) contract and start a rebuild. It is a move more and more teams will make in the next couple of years.
Maybe the guy who was on track for 7,000 yards before a season ending injury will pull it off when he's on the field?Winning a Superbowl does tend to quiet the doubters. Maybe Dak should try it out.
