Disagree that Wilson makes this team better offensively. Having a Zeke show up & produce makes the offense better. Don't need Wilson for that.
What's the best offer you'd send to the Seahawks.
I like Dak a lot, but Wilson is a natural born winner. I'd give up the house for him. He can carry this team with a solid oline, Zeke, Cooper, Gallup and Lamb.

Not All That. Let me be clear. I think Russell is a little better than Dak. Dak has beat him 2 of the 3 times they have met (once in the playoffs) and Russell has not won without a Dominant D either. So why would I give up all that. You can have Dak and 3rd Rounder. After that....
Im rolling with our guy.
How about this?
Wilson, a third rounder and maybe 10-14 million in extra cap space each year for the next 3 years?
Exactly, he sees endorsementsThe sticking point is 'signing Dak' - has not happened over the last two offseasons - and no indication that an agreement is close at hand.
Curious to why Wilson would list Dallas as a franchise to continue his career.
Perhaps he wants to barter an NFL Championship delivery into obtaining a piece of the Cowboys financial kingdom?

I would send that, and its probably accurate in what it would take.
Rams sent the house for Stafford, so there is the market,,, yet most would prefer Wilson over Stafford, but your dialed in pretty close.
I want at least something back in a sign and trade for Dak, at least a couple of 2nds a player if we could.
Do that and this team is instantly making the playoffs.
He’s also taken way more hits than Brady has Karen. He’s 32 Shiela.
We just watched a 43 year old win the Super Bowl and beat a 37 year old in the Conference Championship game.
So you’re willing to give up all those draft picks for a marginally better QB and be stuck with the worst defense in the league?Twilight? No reason to think you can't get 4-5 great years out of Wilson. And for three of them, you'd be eating up less cap space than you would with Dak which would get you more defensive help in FA.
Now, if the cost were like 3 #1s and a bunch of other stuff, that would make no sense.
Why on earth would Seattle do that? For all the reasons you have stated of why we should do it is exactly it would be stupid for Seattle to do it without us giving up several picks.Get a better, cheaper QB where you can use the saved dollars in cap space to sign new defenders and keep your better ones under contract?
The cap savings alone would be a HUGE advantage to making a deal, especially if it involved just one #1 pick.
Zero, draft a QB and build the defense. What's the best offer you'd send to the Seahawks.

How would that be the case? They are saying Daks 1st year will account for about 17mil against the cap. 2. Russell aint coming to dallas without a raise. 3. Im not 100% sure but Russell is coming into his more expensive years of his contracts as far as cap hits.

Well that’s too much in my book. #1 picks are too valuable. No idea what “some filler” is or would be.I literally said the exact opposite. I said it would make no sense to give up a bunch of first round picks. But if I could get Wilson for Dak and one #1 and some filler? I’d consider it.
Wilson, by most measures, is a better QB. That being said, even if he doesn't improve the offense even one bit, the massive cap savings you'd get with him as QB compared to Dak make it a win
In 2022 Wilson would have a cap hit of $24 million where Dak's cap hit could be in the high 30 millions.
