What would you give up for Wilson?

We hear that statement a lot, but that's not the way it works.

Quarterbacks don't lose to other quarterbacks, both play offense. What if there's a game and each team scores every time they have the ball, but one team gets the ball with a minute to go and gets a score to win just as time expires? How did the other quarterback "lose" the game? He did the same thing the other guy did, scored on each drive, it was a matter of who got the ball last.

And of course you hear that in baseball, they list the "winning" and "losing" pitchers, just as dumb...
Dak Prescott has be used by Jerry Dumbo GM Jones. Instead of taking advantage of both Dak and Zeke being on rookie deals, he does keep and reload the defensive side of the ball, cuts bait with his no.1 WR, and then demoralizes the team buy not resigning their leader and team captain who made his 3 Pro Bowl in 4 years before the 2020 season.

I said Russell Wilson is a better QB (he elevates the talent around him better than Dak in 2019). But, Dak is on par as a passer and Russell as passer considering in 5 games he lead the league in passing for about 3-4 more games after he was injured for the year. When you look at Dak, like him or not, he has improved every year as a QB. Russell Wilson will have to win with McCarthy, a suspect OL, and the worst defense in Dallas Cowboys history. He will have to do it with 5 more wear and tear NFL years on his body than Dak Prescott's 230 pound frame being only 27 years old vs. Russell 32 years.

A straight swap may make sense. But giving up draft capital for Russell Wilson when you have a chance to sign Dak Prescott to a long term deal is just football stupid. Which is why I call him Jerry Dumbo GM Jones.

So what would I give up trading for Russell Wilson and what would I give up for resigning Dak Prescott is answered in this video:

if push come to shove. I might trade Dak and zeke with a future 1 and a conditional in 2023. Seattle would be the trade partner and this would be a perfect fit for them, helps them immediately. Helps us too as long as we get Wilson in return and do not trade away too much ammo in picks. We could still fix our defense. ALL sides must be flexible. AGAIN...this likely won't happen as it might take a Kings ransom to pull this off and we can't afford to do that.

Prediction: If Wilson does gets traded and it’s not to the Cowboys then all the people who wanted us to trade for him will scoff at the trade details and mock the other team for being so dumb. Then you’ll probably criticize Russell for not wanting to come to “Merica’s team” with all our weapons and alleged endorsements.

Same scenario every time we don’t get a player that a lot of fans want. Some of you complain about how cheap Stephen and Jerry are but you’re just as bad or you’re just jealous of the other team and act like the popular girl that got stood up.

We have way too many needs on defense to be giving up draft picks for a QB.

We had the #1 offense by far with Dak but were still only 2-3.
We had the #1 second half offense not the #1 first half offense.

A first round pick and that's it. We can't afford to give away future picks, we just aren't a team built currently to go all-in on an elite vet QB and think we will be Bucs 2.0. Just not going to happen.

You are Zeke’s white knight and comments about him get under your skin. Quit being a liar, broke back. You aren’t fooling anyone.
Oh nice...a homophobic remark. Good work. Reported.

It's you that lies. Any simpleton can find where I criticized Zeke pretty hard. But you just want to lie to rationalize your little homophobe opinion.

So you are an idiot, a liar...AND homophobe all in one post. Salute.

What's the best offer you'd send to the Seahawks.

I like Dak a lot, but Wilson is a natural born winner. I'd give up the house for him. He can carry this team with a solid oline, Zeke, Cooper, Gallup and Lamb.

Not a chance I’d give that much
Gut two years of draft means you still have a crappy defense and you can’t win a SB without a good defense

All sorts of teams have won the Super Bowl without a good defense.

Most teams in recent years have had a good defense
When I say good I don’t mean you need the number one defense, but you can’t have the worst defense either
