My point is, if those guys were living up to their potential they would've never even went after those guys.

I know that! But they are better athletes amd players I feel. A new team and scheme would do them better happens all the time with players especially young ones. I'm just not ready to hand over num 1 to Dalton. And I would like to see a full season with Jawrin at 1

That's not how it works though. You don't just suck in one destination and then hit your potential in the next. Chances are what you see from them is what you'll see the rest of their career.

And I'm not saying Schultz is the #1. That's Jarwin at least I thought it was Jarwin. But to me they are of the same caliber. He doesn't' have Jarwins big play ability but he has some skill. He's been a pleasant surprise.

Doesnt work all the time but in alot of cases 1 guys trash is another's treasure. Happens all the time. BUt i hear ya and I'll play the wait and see approach

Pitts has "big, slow, WR" written all over him. A guy getting by on "I'm just bigger and better than you". Big slow WRs rarely translate to the NFL.

I wouldn't touch Pitts at 10 even if we needed a TE, but certainly not with two full grown TEs I like.

This is false. Yes, he had 2 drops in the first game of the year. He only had 2 drops in the other 15 games. He's a solid receiving TE that is an effective weapon for us. No need to spend FA money or draft capital on a TE this year when we have so many other glaring holes in other areas.

Oh he dropped more sir. Nut nobody said spend cap on any TE in FA. The argument was who would o take over Dalton and Jarein sooooo yeall
