The 5th amendment of our constitution?

Should we change it to whatever a woman says?

Make sure to pick up more soy on the way home tonight.
Women arent the only ones who are victims you narrow minded fool. Hence why I said I have a dog in this fight.

I also believe in innocence until proven guilty, but the number of false accusations of sexual assult and or rape is very minimal, and crimes reported have actually decreased because of people who make fraudulent claims. The only way to fix the problem is to impose the same punishment for false accusations as the accused would receive if it were valid. Watch how many people stop making false claims if they are facing life in prison.

I don’t think he is married so he doesn’t face the wrath of a wife asking why he was getting a massage from someone else.

Yeah.... the NFL give in to the lies of money hungry, gold digging ******, even after actual law enforcement officials/prosecutors could clearly see that the female's story was incredibly inconsistent and she has horrible credibility.

Just ask Zeke.....
There needs to be equal jail time for false accusers.... I guarantee allot of these witch hunts would stop

I have the natural inclination to believe Watson. I think he's a good dude.

But who knows?

Who knows, but I think his response that you linked is one of the best I have seen under these types of circumstances.

Sorry, but it's never easy to accuse. Victims of abuse stay silent because of the ridiculous interrogation, judgment, doubt, harrassment etc they have to endure for telling the truth.

Obviously, there are some bad elements who make stuff up. But that is a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny percentage of the women who are harassed, assaulted, abused, raped who say absolutely nothing because they know they'll have to thru the same bullcrap that everyone in this thread has said, from the police to their employers to their friends to their partners.

The law and due process are set up to ensure "reasonable doubt" or "preponderance of evidence" is met as to not convict wrongfully accused.

What do you like about him? He’s easily the most unlikable person on this team from his college days until now. Even Jaylon doesn’t come close to zeke’s crappy personality and loser attitiude.

I like the young man, because first, he is human.
We all have made mistakes.
He played for the Buckeyes.
Beat Alabama, and one championship.
Plays for the Cowboys.

As of 3:30 pm CDT, the official team site - HoustonTexans.com - or the SB Nation fan blog site - Battle Red Blog.com - no article or post about the accusation - allegation.

I get that but when one makes an accusation it is the burden of the justice system to decide guilt and innocence. I mean not everything is black and white. If it is true its commendable the victim came forward. But if the accused is going to be grilled the accuser deserves just as much because of what is on the line. We are not talking about stealing a candy bar we are talking about a violation of another person. All the facts need to line up.

No one is guilty until proven, not the man, woman, or whatever. My problem is when ppl cast accusations and victim blame as their immediate and first response to any allegations of any sort that come out against a man in a position of power.

Chances are, yeah, men in positions of power abused it. And women are most often the victims of that abuse.
