So a few things.

Mike McCarthy hiring his "buddy" or "good ol' boy" isn't foreign to what guys do. When a head coach is hired they hire guys they are familiar with. Not really sure why Mike McCarthy is being killed for that.

Maranelli and Richard sucked. I rooted for Richard. I would've kept him honestly. But if he's a DB coach.......he did nothing with these DB's. NOTHING.

I said it at the time it made zero sense to keep Moore and not keep Richard and/or Maranelli. Going to Nolan was a recipe for disaster and his crappy defense.

And last but not least.........

So is anyone not going to mention that with as crappy as Nolan's defense was....

They had the 5th most turnovers in the NFL last year with Nolan.......

I say this to say...I think McCarthy had good intentions. Just was a bad hire.

Every HC hires people they know and are familiar with
Good or bad it’s nothing new in any sport
Bill Parcells hired people he knew too

I just can't watch anything that includes Stephen A and Skip. My ears feel like they are going to implode or at the very least, my ears start bleeding.
Yeah..understood but this is like reading yourself behind a tree when there are no bathrooms for miles. Works for me. Plus in this video he is actually right.

Relief. What a feeling.

ESPN is terrible.
I can't stomach any of them on that station.
Just listen to this drivel, it's terrible.
Kris Richard wasn't any good. He just had passion in the moment, that doesn't win games.
Marinelli wasn't that good, he was an average DC.
These ESPN guys just talk to hear themselves talk.

That last sentence is what they call an oxymoron.

Yikes.
