Scripted pro days don’t push you up, the tape does.
Maybe Not but for some teams Combine/ Pro-days have moved some players up the boards.
Wilson though was showing he has the accuracy he was throwing darts regardless and he didnt have a bad season either.

I am still curious about San Fran. Wilson could go to Jets at 2. So who does Sam Fran want that badly? Fields? Jones?

I think Jones is a better thrower and QB right now but Fields has a higher ceiling (and bust potential) and fits better in the shanahan system with his mobility

I think they’re moving up above Atlanta for Fields

however if Wilson is there they would probably take him

I don’t think it is for Jones

I would say with 100% certainty Parsons will fall to 10.
I hope he doesn't though . I want at least 4 QBs. 3 WR and 2 defensive players off the board before 10 and Kyle Pitts is setting there waiting for us.
He won't be, he's the reason there will not be 5 QB's taken 1-5. He will go before all 3 of the blue chip WR's.

Mac Jones might turn out to be the Dak Prescott of this draft. Undervalued but might be the last man standing.
It’s possible. This draft will be fun. So many qbs pushed up in the first. Guys will be falling. I’d even contemplate jumping back into the first if someone they were enamored with falls.

I can’t see Mac Jones going top 5. Maybe in the first round but top 5 picks seem unlikely. Bengals aren’t trading their top 5 pick and take the chance of losing out on pitts or chase

Jones...Biggest wildcard in the draft.....been doing my mock...and he could go anywhere.....literally.

I just don't see the allure....but teams are desperate right now.

Exactly. I don’t see it but teams are hoping to find their Mahomes when they could end up with a trubisky

Here's WHY my FIVE-FIRST-FORMULA will emerge as destiny, when all the pundits and mocks say otherwise.

1. The NFL prizes QBs more than ever before. Way more. Just look at the QB trades we've seen this year and even the trades declined.
2. Quarterbacks on rookie contracts = the holy grail. Teams can do so much more w/their roster if they aren't paying $40 mil per for QB
3. It only takes one GM to really covet Lance, one to really covet Jones...and the formula's natural juices pull the QB fat to the surface
4. If today's GM see a guy they really like...they aren't going to sit around waiting on draft day. They'll move up and do so hard.
5. It is in fact a very good QB class

My FIVE-FIRST-FORMULA slices, it dices. Call 1-800-FIVE-FIRST today.

But wait there's more. Act now and you'll get 3 more reasons.
6. The value for non-needy QB teams to trade down will be overwhelming. Such teams can add first round picks, perhaps multiples and more.
7. A frenzy is in force. Chum is in the water. There are a dozen QB needy teams and blood is in the water.
8. The 1-2-3 portion is virtually already a lock, we only need the 4,5 dominoes to fall.

The fun of it...is that in the last 24 hours, I've heard people claim:
"Niners love Fields"
"Niners absolutely will grab Lance"
"This will surprise folks, but I know it for a fact that SF front office loves Jones."
"After Jets grab Fields, Niners will get their man Wilson"

For real...I've heard each of the 4.

It’s simple
They like both Wilson and Fields
They will take whoever is there in that order

I think the Niners wanted Wilson but the Jets want him too and won’t come off of that pick... so they settled for the 3rd pick and their choice of Fields or Lance.

Since Fields hasn’t even had his pro day, I wonder if it isn’t Lance. Supposedly they loved his pro day.

Wilson could tell the Jets: "I don't think we're a good fit." and slide to the NIners or Falcons. If he doesn't do that, I question his common sense and drive to win.

I kinda agree w/you on the Jet's. They will be better with all their picks, but not sure the organization is a smart one.

Been watching Trey's pro day. Was pretty darn impressive. Frozen ropes.

Biggest arm in class, and it doesn't mean just throwing it a mile...it's like Allen and Herbert. Ball gets there NOW.

In order for QB's to go 1-5, ATL must take one and CIN must trade down and possibly miss the player they want for their QB. Those WR's are going to come off fast. And the Jets haven't topped their hand about Darnold. What if they decide to give him one more year and get him a T, WR or TE?

I think there's a lot of positioning and posturing which will continue right up to the draft. This is not a deep draft, especially in D players that can come in and start.

I think some here are overvaluing the QB's in this draft. Fields is not Murray, Jones is not Burrow or Herbert. Lance might or might not be Wentz, either Wentz.

These GM's get in a QB frenzy, there will be busts and there will be blood. They need to go back and look at the film of the last college year for Darnold, Haskins and Rosen. Darnold looked a lot like these QB prospects and he still might be something but she looks good at closing time right up until you get her home and she starts taking off the makeup and body parts.
