Agree with you on that but I just don't want to give up that many.
I don't think Dallas has a lot of cap space after Prescott and the free agent signings 10 draft picks reduced to 6 picks now

Dallas should be able to get up to 4 with their 1st, 2nd and their comp 3rd pick. Maybe a fifth if the Falcons were playing hardball. Certainly don't need to add in their 2022 1st.
Look what 49ers gave up. 21, 22 & 23 1st round picks

The cost is to high, i liked a trade down more, but not bad idea.

2021, first second and a second next year ?

Players like Pitts are rare.

I agree, just don't know if it's worth giving up high picks this year and a first next year.

We have a lot of high paid guys on 2nd contracts. We will need to keep some high picks to replenish the team. Not sure if a TE, possibly elite, is worth it for this team short and long term as this team is constructed.

Whatever it takes to get Pitts. There won't be an impact defensive player at 10 .
Pitts will put more W's on the record than any defensive player would.

I think Atlanta will get a bounty to trade up because some other team is going to want a QB. That haul might actually be close to what they get, but Dallas should probably not get into the bidding at those rates because they are bidding against teams that are trying to move up for a QB. Once the Bengals hit the clock things will probably be a little different depending on what QBs are still available.

I'll take those first 4 picks. Not sure of the last two mainly because I don't know much about them.

It would give the Falcons they already had some extra low round picks

I assume you are a Troll
Once again thank you so much for the ongoing hard work you do to entertain us here in the draft zone. I think it would be nuts to give that draft capital for Pitts. And to claim we would be a top five off because of it is jumping the gun. We have no clue how good Pitts will actually be. These kind of Tight ends constantly under achieve.

But , Jerry is crazy enough to do it.

Thanks again Timb2
