He’d need to be elite on his releases.

I think he could be....he has elite acceleration and movement. Route running is a science....not all good receivers have it. I think having a connection with the QB can help.

Do you thin AB with steelers and Bucs...has good routes/; release?

He doesn’t have elite speed or even good speed. When that’s the case, you need CB elite route running or overpowering size and strength. His elite trait is hands and length. He’s skinny so he can’t get physical.
I feel like I've been the only one doubting him on here. Welcome. I hope he proves me wrong though.

Lamb is 6'2" so he is plenty tall. He is definitely fast enough and is an excellent route running. The DeAndre Hopkins comparisons aren't off base. Lamb should be a WR1 for at least 10-12 years and multiple pro bowler when finished. His ceiling is a top 10-12 or better WR in the NFL. Yes he's that good.

Dez could high point but couldn't run a route to save his life. Sure physical attributes play a part but there is so much more. That's why rice is the goat and dez could barely latch onto a team after here. Dez could have been amazing if he tried to learn route running early on.

Inside I do t ever feel he’s going to be too 5. He runs in the 4.5s. He’s not a burner. He has great hands and long arms but does t jump high. I do t ever see him dominating an elite carver in man to man. I hope I’m proven wrong, but how do you all see it. At least dez could jump ball any corner in the league abs weighed 225. Lambs 189. Could he afford to chain weight?

Somewhere between Michael Gallup and Dez. He’ll probably end up with a few pro bowl appearances but I don’t think he’ll ever be all-pro

I’m not comparing them but did Rice have elite speed? I feel like you’re using a checklist when the guy just knows how to play. It’s a little frustrating. He was an an incredible rookie

Rice is a faster Irvin. His route running is awesome, which is what he is, a route runner. Awesome at it also.
