I like the Washington Archers the best. The bow and arrow motif can still pay homage to their former name.

pretty sure dan snyder is tapped out after spending all that cash buying out the minority partners ... couldnt afford to print new jerseys im guessing... he's probably having ramen with some frozen peas in it for dinner tonight

It seems Snyder is intent on not having a mascot until the idiotic cancel culture pendulum finds its sanity and allows him to reinsert the name "Commanders."

If that never happens, he'll know people still will refer in conversation to his team as the Commanders, which is the second best option in his mind. Plus, he'll have the lone distinction of having a cool soccer-like team name. Chelsea FC, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, FC Dallas......Washington Football Team.

And the Alabama numbers on the helmets actually look cool.

I'm rooting for the guy on this.

I honestly wonder if they’re hoping this blows over and they can go back to being the Commanders. Seems like they could’ve picked something by now if they were serious about changing the name.
