This whole changing the culture narrative is tiring. You draft talent. Winning is a culture. Losing is a culture. When you win, all the other stuff is minimized. See the 90s Cowboys. Had all that been going on with the 2000s and 2010s Cowboys results, then it would have been an issue.

Plus, he was suspended for weed I think. Big meh.

WOW!! I tell you this, Joseph is as good as both Horn/Surtian, but he is not the right kind of guy so to speak. Both he and Parsons have huge upsides, but are both combustable personalities.
