And Vea played 5 games all year.

It was a cute argument for the few minutes it lasted though.
Looks like your hero dalton got the hook when they picked fields. Did you get a good cry in? :muttley:

He one thing
A big guy hard to move off the spot
He doesn’t make plays and brings nothing on pass downs. He’s not a run stuffer at all
He ties up the interior line so they can’t get to next level
In time he may develop a bit but he’s likely going to PS

He collapses the pocket & creates pressure from the middle. He may not to get to the QB but he forces them to throw early or roll into the arms of one of the DE.

Stop reading bland description by a wannabe scout on some blog as the de facto talent evaluation .

No one knows . He might bump woods or Watkins off the roster. He will probably contribute more than hill. I'm sure you love hill though, who has done nothing but occupy a roster spot .

I think he takes Watkins spot.

He is most likely headed to the practice squad in hopes of replacing Woods as a rotational 1 tech starting next season.

He will be competing with Woods and whatever other no name guy they have signed to be a run stuffer.

Teams do not value players like this in 2021 because nobody focuses on stopping the run.

I think it's clear we want to keep one 1-tech type. It will likely be Bohanna, whom we drafted, over Woods, whom we did not.

DT
Gallimore
Bohanna
Urban
Woods
Maybe Hill

DE
Lawrence
Gregory
Basham
Golston

armstrong, hill and Anae are is trouble. OSA is a utility 5 tech\3 tech

watkins is a camp body.

Osa makes the team over Hill. I think the player who would lose out if either Hill matures into an NFL player or Anae proves worth keeping would be Woods. I can't see us keeping two two-down, no-pass rush players.

Don't know if he will make any seriously impact, but at least the front office thought about the position and got a big guy to fill the position.

I do think he makes the final roster and sees some playing time. “Big Bo” isn’t going to be making plays, he’s no Warren Sapp, but Quinn seems determined not to let teams run on us anymore.

You have to look at this draft, and the FA signings, as a whole. They’re going to big, tall, physical corners who will play bump and run. They’re adding big bodies to stop the run.

This defense will blitz a lot and challenge receivers to get off the line. They could give up some big plays but they’re see a lot of 2nd and 9s; the 2nd and 3rd and shorts were the biggest problem last year.

Now, I don’t know if this is going to work, but it’ll be different. And it’s hard to be worse than last year.

Maybe Dallas should start focusing on stopping the run for once. Why pass while you can get 6-10 yards against Dallas's undersized Dline?

He weighs at least 30 more pounds than 327 pounds
No, that 327 lbs. is what he weighs now. He played last season at 357lbs.

Below is what they’re saying on The Draft Network about his weight. Apparently, he lost about 30 pounds before his pro day, which shows he was ready for his “job interview”. That is a good thing and will really help his game if he can keep it that way.

Any team who invests in Bohanna will need to hope that he’s able to maintain his reduced size after he showed up at his Pro Day approximately 30 pounds lighter than his listed weight (357 lbs) on the Kentucky roster.

Around 330 would be just about right for him to play at IMO. That he showed the discipline to lose 30 pounds before his pro day is definitely a good sign.

Micah Parson is only ahead because of draft status & coaches will force him to be on the field but Quinton Bohanna is going to be most impact player on the defense this season & he will make a game winning play in the playoffs.

Only in this forum can somebody find a way to praise one of our players by throwing shade on another!!!! Let's be clear partner Micah Parson will be head and shoulders above anyone in several draft classes because sheer talent alone but when you factor in he's a certified monster who enjoys doing everything you have to do to be an all pro on defense for a team his entire family loves man that's as close to a sure thing as you can get god willing that he's healthy his whole career. But that being said Bohanna is a true monster inside this is what we've been needing for years at the 1Tech and as the 3Tech. I am absolutely loving Dan Quinn already!!!

Did you know the SB winners drafted a real NT that directly correlated to them winning the SB. I don’t think you know what you are talking about and you are spreading fake news to make your point which is BS.

If anyone hasn't realized by now Catch just talks to the brand of football he likes every single superbowl team has space eating chew nails DT's on their line Tampa had Vita Vea and damn SUH like seriously!!! This concept was started by Bill Parcells and the guy in NE.

I believe Quinn mentioned (when talking about Bohannon) the need to have a guy in the middle that commands two blockers.

He won’t make the team unless there is an injury.

But he’ll make the practice squad and they will try to get him in shape and see how he looks a year from now.
Like you actually know. :facepalm::muttley:
