Numbers do not matter anymore since the rule change. Why not allow offensive linemen to wear single digits now? Why even have numbers if they don’t signify positions anymore?

*That's kinda' why my post in response to @Flamma is all flubbed up w/ the O.P.'s trailing remenents in trace,,, as , the #40,#48& #38 was beyond my defensive capabilities to absorb in a single broadside of mental fusillade,,,hence, the embarrassingly obvious 'flub'o_O
Thank you for agreeing with me.........wait.........you are agreeing with me right?

Looks like we'll need to have a roster handy when the defense comes on! Otherwise, the guesswork may be a constant thing. :omg:

Exactly, I'm glad Parsons didn't have to earn his number and a player with higher seniority had to give it to him.

Parsons first lesson on being a Cowboy, nothing you want you have to work for, Uncle Jerry will provide.

Bingo.

Who wanted no.9? Give it up Jerry! White has 3 NFC championship games on Romo. When White retired, he was the single season all time passing yards, and All time passing TD leader for the Cowboys.

Nothing is scared about no.9 or 11.

Wright got 40. Where is the uproar over the sanctity of Bill Bates number :):p:laugh:

Most first round picks on any team either get the number they want or buy it
Nothing exclusive to this team
