I like Gilbert in a 1-2 game stretch if needed. But also fine with bringing in some competition for him to earn the spot..

I think they really want to give job to Gilbert...seems they like him and he’s on the cheap. But he definitely needs more competition for the spot than Rush can provide.

I thought about Gabbert but he recently went back to Tampa Bay on a one year deal.

Mullins is still rehabbing from elbow surgery in his throwing arm I think.

I know the need for improvement.

Mullens from that group if anything. With Garappolo being
down so much, he's probably been the most active but with
mixed results.

Gilbert looked good in his brief stint, maybe just " develop"
and keep him, dump DiNucci.

Too bad, Dalton, would've been best option for now, but too
expensive and breathes too heavy on Dak's neck.develpo

He should have got more reps last year and we’d know if he was a viable backup
