I feel the opposite. So glad Mukuamu is taller for a DB. His height, length, coverage ability and decent speed will definitely cause problems deep for opposing WRs.

We have thrown a ton of late round picks at the S position over the years. Statistically— one would eventually have to pan out and work right?

It could. But he will have a disadvantage in space with the quicker, shiftier WR's. Might have good long speed once he gets up to speed, but short area quickness might be an issue.

Much of the report was on defense, not much on offense. Next week the vets come in and will put these guys to the test and we will see more opportunities for some of the young offensive players.

Have no fear there are plenty of pumice stones to go around or Garra Rufa fish to remove an inch or so off the bottom of Mukuamu's feet.
