He certainly should not be ranked ahead of Dak even if he plays or not.
Other than that I have no issues with the rankings.

I firmly believe if Watson had no off field issues that any GM in the league, including Jerry, would take Watson over Dak without a second thought.

Dak hasn't had better receivers than Watson or Stafford. Stop it. I don't care how they played without Johnson and Hopkins they are light years better than any receiver Dak has had. You can't just throw out Hopkins and Johnson to say they don't count

They counted when they had them, but they're not who Watson and Stafford have today. We're not comparing Dak to Stafford 5 years ago, how about Dak to Watson and Stafford with the most recent data and tape when Dak had indisputably better wideouts.

Why are we talking about Matt Stafford with Calvin Johnson? That was literally 6 seasons ago, dude is already in the hall. Dak was in college. Who were Dak’s college receivers and why does that matter in a thread ranking ahead of the 2021 season

You should pay attention to what you write. You was talking about Calvin Johnson, Marino, Unitas and a bunch of players not in the league anymore when you made the absurd statement that Dak has had better receivers than Watson and Stafford. Stop running around a bush trying to be right cause you are looking silly. You brought up Stafford career before Dak came into the league but when i call you out on it you try and say just talking about 2021. I don't expect a philly fan to use common sense in a debate though or remember what they wrote and how the conversation first started.

Im not disputing Calvin Johnson wipes the floor with Amari Cooper. If Deandre Hopkins was the standard, Cooper couldn’t even make an NFL roster. Yes both QBs have had greatness better than Dak could ever hope for.

But context is also important. I can discuss with one poster how Stafford has been underrated his whole career while also bringing up how he has greatly improved post-Calvin. How his career stats stack up to Dak Prescott. But I also brought up post-Calvin multiple times before you quoted me, I pay attention to what I write better than you it appears. I would even say Dak is playing better than Stafford ever did with Calvin. But it wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense to compare today’s Dak with a Matt Stafford playstyle that hasn’t existed for half a decade.

But don’t take my word for it, I’m just an Eagles fan. Stafford and Watson have played better than Dak Prescott after they lost their bigtime receivers. Stafford and Watson have had inferior receiving corps in that span. Stafford and Watson once had HoFers at receiver. Both statements can be true.
