How many NFL players are known as Bossman Fat and have already released 6 albums?

Some have said it's what pushed him into the second round.

Just reading reports and listening to the "experts." He can play. Is it going to be that important to him?

Many players have interests outside of football. Some teams didn't feel Joseph was ready since he entered the draft as a redshirt sophomore and only played one full season of college football.

But his tape was just as good, if not better, than any corner chosen ahead of him. I can deal with him being Bossman Fat off the field if he's the next Patrick Peterson on the field.

look at Roy Williams the receiver. Dude somehow ran in the 4.3s, but played like he ran a 4.8 and definitely looked the part of a slow possession receiver (without the hands)

Won a bet at the time that he was actually faster than Miles Austin.

Running the 40 and playing on the field at 2 different things.
Some players dont use their speed, and some coaches dont scheme with that in mind.
Most dont come close to their 40 time unless running free for a td, or trying to catch the guy who is doing that.

Tyreek is good at using his speed and KC is good at scheming to help him use it.

I think the OP meant to say "sub 4.4"
Kelvin Joseph has never posted a "sub 4.3".

No I meant it when I said sub-4.3. I read (or watched on TV) a couple of reports that he has been timed at below 4.3 including some of the watches at his pro day but as with all hand timings the outliers are thrown out so the sub 4.3 times did not "count." However that doesn't mean they didn't happen. As you watch the young man play you immediately see that speed on the field. He's not one of those fast guys who plays slow.. He's a fast guy who plays at warp speed.. That's not to say receivers did not get open against him.. Some absolutely did.. but it was never by outrunning him. I think if he puts in the work he has a chance to be one of the best. The tools are there.. he just needs refinement.

Cole Beasley played four years of college ball at SMU. He gave no one any reason to doubt his commitment to football, until he walked away from the Cowboys. Many, many fans did not agree when Dallas talked him into coming back.

Questions about Joseph's commitment are based on his behavior at both LSU and Kentucky. While he might not quit during training camp, the questions have a legitimate basis.

Exactly. Also, Cole wasn't a 2nd round pick. If Joseph can prove it on field, everything will be forgotten, but given he is a 2nd round pick he's going to be under much more scrutiny. I hope this guy can remain committed and focused, because talent-wise and physical traits-wise, he has it.
