DLaw sacks by season (the stat for which he received a large new contract):

2014: 0

2015: 8

2016: 1

2017: 14.5

2018: 10.5

2019: 5

2020: 6.5

Only thing confirmed is DLaw is very overpaid for the player he is right now.

Sorry, but only looking at sacks displays the casual nature of your analysis, while failing to take into account supporting cast, other passrush metrics, run game support, scheme, peers near the same APY (Frank Clark, Tre Flowers, Leonard Williams, for eaxmple) etc..

Well DLaw was paid based on his ability to get to the QB and statistics show that he is overpaid and his contract is a blight on the Dallas future (in terms of 2-3 years)

Again, you are incorrect. Front Office's do not pay DE solely on their pass-rush ability. They look at the full scope of what the player does.

He's also had crap in the interior DL to help him with
inconstant at best on the right side.

What help did Myles Garrett have yet he was producing sacks as he is being paid as a sack specialist. Regardless, I appreciate the cordial opposing views.

Garrett has a higher contract than Lawrence. He also had Sheldon Richardson on the inside and Vernon on the right.

Only had 5.5 more than Lawrence last year.

HAs he had a re-structure yet, those tend to make remaining terms of a contract look worse.

Both were partnered with Garrett in 2019 & 2020 only but I get your point. That said, no denying DLaw is not performing like the player he used to be and is obviously overpaid.

You should throw another gif with an F-bomb at someone while you're feeling all Italian mafia still.

Lol. My ma is from Long Island, basically raised in the Bronx.
Raised me as a single mom (dad had a work accident when I was 2) in the south Texas tiny town of Ingleside.

Imagine the head-spinning of the locals when I'm there, obviously born there and I had a New Yawk accent when I was a child.

Lol!

Agreed. Similar to how people were saying Brady was done. In this game you need some sort of help around you. The Cowboys have had a crap run D over the last two years. The defense was constantly looking at 2nd and 3rd and short. No one is getting a lot of sacks in those conditions.

Now is he worth the 25 million dollar cap hit for this year and the 27 million hit for 2022? It's safe to say he'll be departing after this season. IMO.
