Ugh. Is MM only about hiring his buddies as a favor? We had 10 former coaches last year and we were awful. This never helps like you think it would on paper. Bring in some fresh new minds, not guys who are used to being the one everyone listens to

No way. The Jerry-haters say Jerry micromanages everything and the coaches are nothing but puppets. Just ask them. They are 100% convinced. Facts do not matter.

Was a little surprised that McC didn't find some way to bring on McAdoo from the git-go.

Soooo... the Giants get a former Cowboys HC, and now, Cowboys reciprocate.

Who gets the better end of that deal, or should I ask? :D

He's a consultant. A sounding board. They hired him for his knowledge of the NFC East and players. I don't see why this would be anything other than a smart thing to do. The more you know about you're opponents the better. But then again and like I've said hundreds of times before, you crap on ANYTHING the Cowboys do. Just another example. Thank you for proving me correct.

Have no issue with him being in this capacity, a rather sneaky move IMHO, and rather uncharacteristic of this franchise, so that makes it interesting.

While with the Giants, told ownership that Mahomes was the best QB prospect for years and the Giants had to draft him. Ownership were not interested.
