No one will give a 5 for a guy with a huge contract, ego and will be available for nothing this time next year. Smith’s tape has to be horrendous. All that ballerina crap to avoid contact is obvious to real football organizations.

Boom.

The next time ol' #9 gallavants downfield to wait for player traffic to collect a tip toe touch tackle he should have made 17 yards prior:

I'm sending him packing.

They do?
Why did he have to buy a zillion of his own jerseys so he could get #9 then?

I don't think his jersey sells that well nowadays.
And he ain't putting people in the seats in Cali.

No how, no way.

I am trying really hard to be positive and spin Jaylon the best I can. Can't cover, afraid to tackle, slow, doesn't know assignments, etc. just doesn't get much a return phone call. Hard for me to get anything for him if the best I can say is maybe he's better than what you got if you are lucky. No one is paying $7M for that. So, I am going with ticket sales and jerseys.

5,000 Jerseys at $100 each comes out to $500K.

I am telling you watch the games from last year. He flat out avoided contact on a ton of plays. The guy is a total fraud.

The only spin for Jaylon is basically that he is durable, and can make the odd play here and there. It's not much, sadly.

I would take a 3rd or just see what Quinn can do with him.

Something to be said about Availability.

Even when there's tons of footage showing he avoided contact a ton of the time and might has well have not been out there during those times? Heck, if availability were all it was, I'd play for vet minimum, line up and then run to an empty part of the field for the rest of the play and do that every play...but hey, I was available and never got hurt.

Looks like #9 is already taken in LA. Given what he paid to buy out jersey stock I’m not sure Ol jerral has it in him to make him pay more to get #9 again even though Smith would look allsome in powder blue
