Interesting
This is the first I’ve heard of Gardner interest, but if true I love it. That dude can come in and win games if we lose Dak again.
Interesting
Big Mac gets a lot of hate here but he said more in one press conference than Garrett said in 10 years.
was that "lying" thing ever verified as fact?he gets the hate because of his coaching; hiring Nolan, idiot game management on 4th downs, and lying about watching game tape to get hired. His pressers may be his strength.

I mean I know he said that during a press conference last year, but it always came across as a sarcastic joke to me more than full-blown truth
would he really sit there in front of Jerry and everyone else and admit to something like that do you think?

That isn’t a terrible idea. Just have a 4WR set with one back (10 personnel), and then the back flex out to the slot. It could cause some real issues for defenses. I certainly wouldn’t look for it very often but they could do it if the defense has the personnel that McCarthy is looking for.we can use Pollard as the 5th wr in certain packages. Spread defenses out, make them choose their poison.Wouldnt need to take anyone off the field.
lol well it cant hurt to have someone else working on game plans, they need help in that are badly.Having Macado come in and bee the Asst head coach so to speak The Off and Def goes thru him???? That should be Mikes job seems like he has enough coaches to do his job for him. Makes me wonder about him being lazy in GB doesnt got some truth to it. Im not impressed with the hiring seems like its another Nolan deal.
you need to watch the presser, the main reason for having pollard play wr, was the wr's were not available, so they needed someone to fill inThat isn’t a terrible idea. Covering Cooper, Lamb, Gallup, Fehoko, and a split out Pollard would have to be a nightmare.
Of course, you could use Wilson (or another reserve WR) and Ezekiel Elliott instead of Fehoko and Pollard). That would be good if you actually planned to run the ball and not split the RB out. A 4 WR look will necessitate a dime defense, and Elliott is just the kind of back that could make defending the run out of your nickel, very problematic. If they go with some no huddle, they can catch defenses in a dime defense that will have to stop Elliott.
It is difficult to not be super excited to see what the offense will do with Dak, TSmith, LCollins, ZMartin, and Biadasz all back healthy and playing on the line.
They’ll be much improved with the hurt offensive players coming back. They’ll also have some 2nd year guys that should improve by leaps and bounds (Lamb, Biadasz).

this is beyond common in sports period happens with all coaching staffs , look over there at the Jags that coach who everyone here wanted badly is the worst offender even past coaches and players, Meyer was coveted here, yet hes doing that wherever he goes.McCarthy takes cronyism to another level.
I thought Garrett and his nepotism was bad ...
not 100% truth maybe it was necessary but if TP practices it well, it will be used a lot more then it may have been..that up to TP to shine when hes called on..you need to watch the presser, the main reason for having pollard play wr, was the wr's were not available, so they needed someone to fill in
to run the drills.
so dont expect this to be some sort of new ideas in the stale cowboy playbook lol.
We've seen it numerous of times that doesn't matter when you have clipboard Charlie calling the plays. That Philly game was horrific. Moore benched our 2 WR'S on 4th & goal w/the game & division on the line. He called the same play & Philly caught it.Cooper- Gallup- Lamb- Pollard -Zeke
If they go light with DBs for pass, then you have two RBs who can run, if they try and match with LBs then you have Pollard who can run a route like a WR.
Get your best players on the field
I agree. I don’t expect the 4 WR look much at all. You’re right that Pollard was just a body at WR when they were short in practice. It is possible that they do that but highly unlikely.you need to watch the presser, the main reason for having pollard play wr, was the wr's were not available, so they needed someone to fill in
to run the drills.

JG was a cliche machine..
Found this on Rockport’s Instagram...guess someone’s not as big of Dak fan as we all thought.
