The single most underrated part of the receiver's repertoire is the thing I liked the best about Lamb coming out, and liked him more than Jeudy, are his hands. And wouldn't you know it, they tied for 2nd in the league with drops. He has to improve on that because he led the team that led the league in drops.

What I found interesting that was for about 5 years running the team that led in the fewest drops was NE with a bunch of no names but they all knew, they drop it, Brady might not come back to them. Do your job.

Lamb needs to understand his job, catching the ball first. That DB will let him get all the yards he wants with Yards After Drop.

how many more targets did Lamb get over Jeudy?

I hope Dak stops throwing so many high balls to CeeDee, especially since CeeDee willingly goes up high and grabs them. My concern is CeeDee coming back down and hurting himself due to potentially landing wrong which could cause him lower leg injuries.

Hit him at shoulder level, Dak. Stop throwing so many sky high balls.
bro wide receivers love playing with Dak. Has any WR that played on the cowboys been hurt in game with Dak under center?

Every WR on this team eats and gets opportunities. Beasley and Cobb had one foot out the door of the NFL and needed up getting 30+ million contracts thanks to stellar years in Dallas. not many 5’7 30+ year old wide receivers get paid in in this league which is a testament to the cowboys having stellar offensive production!

I expect every single wide receiver, running back, and tight end to FEAST this year with Dak back.

Lamb was on pace for 1,400 yards and 7 touchdowns his rookie year before Dak went down.

Brother, you're absolutely right. I'm simply slightly concerned for both players: for Dak to lower those high throws he makes at times...and for good health for both Dak and CeeDee.

You're asking a lot. The talent isn't there. He's an area thrower once you get open. No anticipation, no touch, no accuracy.

This statement would be true if it were November 2017. Dak's passing has gotten better and better and since late in the 2018 season he's been throwing the ball with great anticipation and touch ever since.

The receiver most scouts compared Lamb to going into the draft was DeAndre Hopkins; and we saw a little bit of that in terms of his body type and ability to make acrobatic catches. Similarly, Lamb and Hopkins are fast but not true "burners"; the strength of their game is quickness and open field running ability.

I honestly think Lamb surpasses Amari Cooper and becomes the Cowboys' number one receiver this year and will likely surpass 1,400 yards and 10 TD's.

I could not help but notice in these videos that folks keep posting that Lamb looks noticeably thicker in the arms and legs. The Cowboys were clearly kidding when they listed him at 195 last year.. I would saw he was closer to 180 back then.. and he is certainly closer to a legitimate 195 now..

I hope so, but I'm not going to count those chickens before they hatch.

That’s how you complete passes against NFL receivers.

When I saw the pic of him making that amazing catch, it was apparent to me wasn't missing any leg days.

It’s been bad to most of our players. Juilliard Jones came in fast and e plosive. By year 3, his speed was gone: zeke lost speed cooper lost speed. By 2019 cooper was slower.
