I don't care who he sounds like as long as his offense is producing results.
Garrett's personality and mannerisms were not the problem, his lack of results was.
I doubt the Patriots fans and local media will put up with Belichick's grumpy persona if they continue missing the playoffs post-Brady year after year.

I would think if you were a good offensive coordinator it would be the absolute best job you could have in the NFL. Wade was a really good D coordinator but he looked so uncomfortable as a head coach.
Head coach is such a different job than all the other coaching positions. You are responsible for everything but you have to give up control of so many things that you can't focus on the one thing that got you there.

That is a total insult to Moore no how you think you mean it. Garrett was an even worse OC than he was a HC.
