By all accounts, Zeke is looking good and extra motivated this year. I'm pretty excited to see him in the season.

I just hope he can start making some big plays again. Too often, he settles for less.

Settles for less? More like he doesnt have the speed or quickness.

What is “dominating OTA’s”??? I listened to Kellen’s presser and he had some very good things to say about Zeke, the article even quoted exactly what heard. But at no time did he use the phrase “dominating OTA’s”, nor have I heard anyone that’s actually been present at any of the OTA’s mention this.
Also, is "dominating" our defense even impressive?

I like to just take little mental notes.

I have Zeke, Dak, Smith, and Martin on either my "looks amazing in camp" or "best shape of my life" lists. It's a nice little thing to have incase excuses get made.

Am I missing anybody?

Yes, you are missing the defense.

Just what does dominating the OTA's mean? Really? There is no such animal.

A bunch of players on your on team out there without pads? What does that domination look like? Are other team's defenses keying on you and going full speed?

SHEESH.

I'm not form Missouri but let's see him average 100+ yards rushing and 50 yards receiving per game come mid November. Show me real life domination.

Now that would be pretty dominating. OTA's are not for domination but to get into sync, install new systems, and incorporate and teach new players. It's not a talent show. I want Zeke to dominate. Make other defensive coordinators lose sleep. Pile up stats and stay on this team . OTA's aren't where this happens.

I know folks are hungry for a great team, a dominating team but OTA's ain't going to reflect that. Tap the brakes and a little less hype.

Pretty sure he still does. He just takes the wrong way (and just dives straight up the middle)

He is either very dumb and lacks vision or he just isnt capable of bouncing it outside regularly.

Can you link me to anything about them saying "best shape of life" or "dominating in camp" type of cliches?

I'd be more then happy to take note of it.

I dont consider OTA reports as anything to make a judgement off of.

But yah, there have been reports about LVE looking amazing and on a mission. Take note!!

And why would the offense need an excuse? When you average 32 points a game and were the #1 offense in NFL history, you don't need an excuse. And all that despite Zeke running like an old lady and the mass injuries to the Oline and starting TE.

Why make a comment like this? It makes zero sense. All we’ve had so far is OTAs and minicamp. He’s doing all he can do as of now and apparently performing great. Newsflash! It’s the off-season where no games are played. LOL. This is nothing more than a negative comment and an opportunity to gripe.
Yeah I don't get it.

Coaches: "zeke is in great physical shape, is motivating his fellow teammates, spending extra time in the film room, and looks to be mentally sharp"

Cowboys zone: "duhhhh no pads duhhhh participation trophy duhhhhh OTA awards".

Re-occuring theme is the front office being clowns but often our fanbase isn't too far behind

La’el Collins.
You can take Martin off that list. Martin produces on a steady basis. No one yet has ever needed to make an excuse on Martin’s play. He has been rock solid in his play.

You're right. I forgot about LVE.

He looked good the first game or two last year also before he started getting beat up.

This team put a ton of miles on him his first few years, so I doubt he's ever that good again. Just the way it is.

It is good news if he put more dedication into his offseason than he usually does.

Yes, Collins! He's the one I knew I was forgetting.

You're right about Martin. I have no reason not to believe he will be just as dominate as always.

On one hand...hype for click$

On the other...Zeke will beat last year’s 979 by at least 450 yards. IMHO.
Let's hope so, because the Cowboys have not made the playoffs since Zeke joined the league unless he rushed for AT LEAST 1,400 yards and won the rushing title.
