Pffftt...
Cooper, who hasn't practiced, broke Wright's ankles several times and we all know it.

KaBam!
Peace out B's.
Hardly fair, Cooper can break anyone's ankles when he's playing on his home field.

lol I swear some people try to knock down any kind of positive news. We get it, it's just team drills, but it's still nice to hear that a player is looking sharp in those drills. Would you rather hear the player is just standing around playing with his peter every snap?

I think it's awesome Wright seems to be turning some heads thus far.

Man I get so geeked for preseason...I know some people hate it but I really enjoy watching these young guys who we otherwise wouldn't even see.

And yeah the Cowboys put a lot of stock in their draft process. I thought Wright unfairly got criticized because of the "We had him as a 7th round pick" people did...even thought what Sherman did was disrespectul. I hope he proves all of them wrong.
Bro, what did Sherman do? I've been away from all of the latest news.

The test is when the pads are put on, and Wright could be a guy who gets better... we'll have to see. Good a young CB is making cause everything quiet on Bossman Fat's end.

We'll be seeing Bossman Fat pretty soon. He got held out 10 days for Covid concerns. Can't wait for camp to see our CBs being tested.

The rumor was this was a guy Quinn wanted. Would be a nice change of pace if our DC kind of reached for a guy and it actually worked as opposed to the previous DC who reached for guys and they rarely worked out.

If Wright can develop, his size could be a huge advantage at CB.

I predict Risen will ask for a Wright jersey for Christmas.

I admit I wasn't so hot with the pick myself. But everyone here keeps complaining about Jerry not letting the coaches pick who they want. If this is who Quinn wanted, I think we should let him get the benefit of the doubt first before proclaiming this a bust.

Bossman got tested and it showed by positive. That's why he had to sit out for 10 days. Oh wait....

It’s also bad faith to give him heads up over Joseph and force him to be a starter when KJ is better the CB.

Wut?

Why have assistant coaches if you don't let them dictate draft picks?

Those scouts you speak of? They know 10 times more about the players than the coordinators do. So I ask you, why have scouts?
Thank you.

I have no problem whatsoever with a DC working with the pro department on free agents already in the league.....but college talent? No way. Get out of the room.

But we all know everyone gets to spit in the jar in Dallas. The result is our draft philosophy.

In the case of Wright, Quinn personally attended his pro day and apparently had a Jerry/MM style lovefest sleepover.

I'd guess the team felt like it had a 3rd to burn in this case and let Quinn have his BFF.

Either that or a major behind the scenes move to improve the charity basketball squad is taking place without our knowledge.

Those people trying to knock down this news isn't happy because it appears that he's doing against Dak. If the news was that he was doing this against Gilbert then they would be much more happy about it.
