No idea? You said you’re concerned about Cooper “staying healthy”. The guy you need to worry about staying healthy is Tyron, not Cooper who doesn’t have the injury history that Tyron has.
So in a thread about Cooper, where I make a quote about Cooper and Gallup, you bring up Tyron?

For the record, I have said many times that I don't trust Tyron's health enough to rely on him an entire season either. Maybe his off-season surgery will help but until he makes it an entire season, I remain skeptical.

Here's a funny thing though .. I can actually not trust Cooper's health AND not trust Tyron's health at the same time.

Amazing how that works, huh?

"Hopeful" to be ready for camp.

Lamb, Gallup, Wilson it is.

Well this is confusing and dumb thread , from a dumb tweet, from a quote by dumb HC, by a dumb reporter.

My thought was how did he get injured already !!
But I am guessing he had surgery on the injured ankle, From LAST SEASON !
and now is not practicing or working through injury lol or anything else, he is in rehab post surgery.

MM should have said he was in rehab process after surgery. Should be 100% healthy by start of season.

September 2020 -- Amari Cooper Updates His Week 1 Injury Status
https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/amari-cooper-updates-his-week-1-injury-status

2019 -- Amari Cooper Injuries
  • Nov 4, 2019 -- Knee Patella Sprain Cooper was on the sideline with a knee injury. He returned to the game. He was limited in practice in the following days. Managed to play the next game
  • Oct 13, 2019 -- Leg Quad Bruise Cooper was diagnosed with a thigh bruise that knocked him out of the loss to the Jets. He played the next game
  • Sep 25, 2019 -- Pedal Ankle Sprain/Pull Unspecified Grade 1 Cooper (ankle) was limited in practice for two days, had an MRI on his ankle. The results came back negative. He was available for next game
  • Aug 3, 2019 -- Pedal Foot Sprain Amari Cooper was sidelined until the team's opener Sept. 8 against the Giants with a foot injury. A foot injury kept him out of the preseason since Aug. 3.
I love when people post stories or stats to back up their claims instead of just going off weird emotions like certain people.

Thank you for that.

More reps for some young WRs to heat up the battle for 5th and 6th WR when camp comes.

I hope you guys that complain about Cooper's injuries understand that guys have underlying issues like this all the time. No go just comes up and stays healthy all the time. The guys you want to worry about are with injuries so severe they can't play.
at 20-mil for sure there will be complaints the guy misses a lot of snaps, its hidden as he doesnt miss a lot of games but some games he hardly makes an appearance even if active..

20mil!?? its a concern , Period....

He misses a lot of snaps?

NFL is a violent sport. Amari isn't anymore hurt than the next wide receiver. Sean Lee was injury prone. That's not Amari Cooper. If you have a wide receiver that doesn't have a nagging injury then he must be a practice squad player.

stop making excuses for a player who makes what 2nd or thirds highest salary on team yet missed a lot of snaps. Go back to 2019, he disappeared in 8+ games especially on the road ns no surprise it cost us wins because when yes hes healthy and motivated, hes great,

but that 1k -1200 yards he gets with low TD output could be 1400 nd 10+ if he played more and for 20mil i expect that..we all should...

Maybe it'll only bother him when he has those long walks to away games.

Cold weather road games. When you have a dinged body part it typically is fine after you get the blood circulating and you get all warmed up. In cold weather games you sometimes never get to that point. Hence you see a guy gimp around the whole game and wonder WTH is wrong with him. Cooper is from Miami.. He aint built for cold weather even when 100% healthy. If he is dinged he's severely limited because when you add the pain of trying to play football on a bum wheel to the pain of freezing one's patootie off.. well you get a guy is liable to tap out early.

Huh? What excuse did I make for him? What excuse is there to make for him? If you're arguing that he's overpaid.....it never came out of my mouth that he wasn't. It never came out of my mouth what I even think of him as a player so what do you mean i'm making excuses for him?

I'm not worried about Cooper. In fact he's one of the few guys on the team that I'm concerned about. Cooper will be there. I just watched on YouTube a video of "ankle breaking route runners" and it was a highlight collection of WRs destroying DBs with routes and Cooper was a re-occuring player in this video destroying DBs. And a lot of these highlights of Cooper was from last year and 2019. Cooper will be fine. It's June and he's a veteran. Cooper playing hurt still abuses the defense. He'll be fine.

I'm worried about the defense gelling, Rookies getting their feet wet and contributing, O line staying healthy and coaching.

As this offseason is progressing I am not worried about Dak, Zeke, Coop, Lamb, all the WR's and RB's. As this offseason gets going I'm getting excited about Parsons, Vashon, Joseph, Wilson.
